Cynthia (4/5): I will not book again - The location was not what I was advertised. The accommodation is in Newbury and about 15mins walk to the train station. My plan to get around London on the train was spoilt. Not much to like, but for 1 night I put up with it. The accommodation was far from everything, it was confusing to journey to the advertised accommodation and be sent a different address. So flour family don't know where u are till u update them. The sofa was heavily stained, there was a lot of noise from the other rooms. Very loud music. The confusion regarding location made me late to the event I was attending..
Juliette (7/5): Good value, compact and functional apartment - The apartment was compact but functional and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and was well served by a range of shops close by. The location was good - a 5-10 minute walk from Newbury Town tube station (Central Line) around half an hour from the centre of London. The staff member l spoke to was also very helpful, friendly and polite. The location given before booking wasn't particularly close to the actual address, and l only received the correct address on the morning of my arrival so had to do some rethinking and make different plans than l'd thought. The apartment was fine for me and my niece but l think you would struggle space-wise if you were to use the double, single and sofa bed at the same time (if that is an option).
