There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- kris (8/5): not cheap but a good enough base for central Dublin - well-equipped apartment, beds good, sofa not comfortable, walkable to anything in central Dublin the gate to the street is tricky to unlock and it is one of these impersonal arrangements where there is noone to call if things go wrong
- Angela (7/5): Ottima posizione ma con tanti ma. - Casa potenzialmente molto bella e soprattutto in una straordinaria posizione. Francis St non è solo la via degli antiquari per chi è appassionato al tema, ma un'arteria strategica per raggiungere a piedi in max 10 min ogni attrazione. Il posto è tranquillo, rumori normali, servito da un caffè-ristorante (proprio sotto casa e ben frequentato) da molti giovani e non. La chiesa di San Patrizio era praticamente di fronte, due supermercati vicinissimi, taxi quasi sempre presenti perchè di fronte c'è un noto hotel. Fermate autobus ovunque. Ma non siamo sempre andate a piedi. Il soggiorno della casa (parquet sul pavimento) è molto luminoso e la cucina ben attrezzata. Non è faciole trovare case con due stanze da letto e un soggiorno così centrali. L'accesso all'appartamento: un cancello con androne inquietante. Ma sempre frequentato perchè dallo stesso accesso si raggiunge una palestra. Chiavi che funzionano con difficoltà, idem la cassettina da dove prenderle e lasciarle. Scale con moquette vecchia (due piani) e stanze da letto con moquette (improponibili al giorno d'oggi per ovvie ragioni). Pressione dell'acqua molto bassa, di cui risente lo scarico del WC in particolare. Nel nostro caso acqua calda inesistente per tre giorni su quattro di soggiorno. Contattao l'host si è reso disponobile, ma noi eravamo sempre fuori di casa e non siamo riuscite a organizzare un intervento. Ci siamo arrangiate. L'ultimo giorno il miracaolo!

- Inmaculada (8/5): Agradable estancia - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es confortable y bien dotado. La entrada del edificio y la escalera de acceso al apartamento está bastante descuidado y sucio.
- Plasmodium (8/5): Very good - Coffee machine nice touch,,, with coffee!! Beds amazing! Location. Hosts responded quickly to a no hot water issue. Cream carpets in the bedrooms... its a personal thing.. No shelves in bathroom.
