Astrid (7/5): Lovely and perfect accommodation, but unhelpful host. - It was spacious, clean, and great location. The host (Matt) was not helpful. He did not reply my whatsapp when I enquired for an early check in, and Carolyn was the one who ended up replying me on email when I asked for a second time over email. Then during my stay, the stove wouldn’t turn on. Again, i whatsapped him with no reply. So i then called him, and he was very unhelpful on the phone saying “it is what it is, just keep trying”. It took me three calls for him to finally suggest a solution that worked.
