• Wided (9/5): Un très belle adresse pas loin de Toronto - La maison est super sympa. Juste à faire attention si vous êtes plus que 4. Il ya que 4 chaises pour manger à table. Pourtant la maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes avec les 5 chambres. La chambre du bas manque un peu de réglage de chauffage.

• A.Ahmad (10/5): Great value and location for family - The house was nice, the owner was very prompt and very quick in fixing issues or other questions we had This was the case with us where the bathroom sink was partially clogged but the owner was extremely swift with getting it fixed and made us happy
• Bohdan (3/5): I don't recommend this house at all. The worst house I've ever stayed at - We liked the house it was nice, and nice backyard, but host was horrible The host was very unprofessional. The code he sent to access the key didn’t work, so he met us at the door and began interrogating us. He mentioned a cop neighbor and insisted we be “really quiet” but wouldn’t answer when quiet hours actually start. He also failed to mention that his nephews live in the basement — not listed anywhere. At 8 PM, while we waited for friends and listened to music, one nephew showed up, gave me the phone, and the host started aggressively yelling, threatening to kick us out. Everyone felt uncomfortable, but we stayed calm and had no more issues that night. Around midnight, my friend vomited but cleaned up thoroughly, used one towel to clean himself, and showered. All dirty towels were placed in the washing machine (not started). At 9:30 AM — well before the 11 AM checkout — the host called saying cleaners (really his nephews) were waiting. We were packing up and had cleaned up (pizza boxes, bottles, etc.). One nephew found the used towel and a blanket, called the host, and refused to let us leave. He demanded $500 for cleaning. I reminded him that a cleaning fee was already included, and he backed off. Then he asked us to leave something worth $500 as a "deposit" and come back to pay later. I refused. When the host arrived, he screamed at me, said the floor was ruined from being sticky, and claimed a towel cost $500. When my friend said you can buy the same towel at Dollarama for $2, the host told him to "shut the f*** up." I recorded everything. When the host wouldn’t let us leave, I called the police. After a 20-minute call, he told us to leave his property, threatening to call the police himself for trespassing. If you enjoy paying $750 for a night of threats and drama — this place is for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

• Jen (9/5): Overall good value in a safe location. - Easy check in, safe convenient location and plenty of space. There wasn’t enough towels for all 10 people and limited seating to eat at a table (only 4 chairs) so some had to sit on the couch to eat.
