• Multijanni (10/5): Fantastic place along the main city pathway, very well decorated, comfortable, with quality fittings - A fantastic place right along the main pathway in Durres, close to both the historic center and the bus terminal / harbor. The place is very well decorated, modern, stylish, with all comfort, and well designed. Evidently a lot of thought has gone into the accommodation and its very good, quality fittings. The balcony is great too. Host very nich, and flexible with the check out too, well appreciated. Wifi was very good too. Excellent value for money. A shower curtain would be helpful. And for check in, prior address/location indication would be helpful, particularly when not having internet access before arriving. The place is on the 4 1/2 floor, but the stairs are of the comfortable/generous type (and it's good/free exercise !), and going down is always a breeze.

• Ann-Catrin (8/5): - Lägenheten var mycket fräsch och ren och god standard på inredningen. Och en bekväm och bra säng. Lägenheten har ett fantastiskt läge där det man behöver nås till fots – restauranger, butiker, strand och strandpromenad. Och nära busstation och hållplatser. Superbra med balkong och luftvärmepump. Värden också väldigt trevlig och kändes trygg. Jag saknade inget, det var den perfekta platsen för en vecka off-season. Jag saknade inget, men är förbluffad över all felaktig information som finns på booking.com:s sajt. Där framgår att lägenheten har två sovrum för många personer, i verkligheten en studio med allt i ett rum. Värden berättade att en större lägenhet separerats till två och att han meddelat om detta men att det tydligen inte ändrats på sajten. Samma sak gäller havsutsikten som utlovas på sajten. Det är en mycket liten glimt sedan ett hus byggts framför. Det borde också tydligt framgå i infon att lägenheten ligger på femte våningen utan hiss. Det kan utgöra ett hinder för vissa. Det jag hade önskat (om jag stannat länge) var ett mer välutrustat kök ifall man hade velat laga lite egen mat. Kaffekokare saknades. Och även om duschen var ny och fräsch med bra tryck och tillgång till varmvatten när som helst var det en utmaning eftersom det var konstruerat så att duschvattnet behövde moppas upp från hela badrumsgolvet. Allt detta utgjorde som sagt inga oöverstigliga problem men vore bra att ha korrekta uppgifter på bokningssajten.

Hiányzott a kávéfőző. A fürdőszoba úszott zuhanyzás után, nem volt hova pakolni. Piperecuccok (a tusfürdő) hiányoztak. Volt egy sampon-balzsam, és egy folyékony szappan. Kilátás tenger/város-nak volt írva. Egyik sem. Egy belső udvar. (A tenger egy keskeny résen látszott, ha épp nem takarta el egy nagy hajó, de ezt nem nevezném kilátásnak) 4.emelet lift nélkül. Nekem nem volt probléma, de nem mindenkinek lehet megfelelő, főleg csomagokkal.

• MARK (8/5): Good quality apartment in central location. - Good quality apartment in excellent location for Durres town. Good wifi, excellent shower and safe location. Good communication from Fabian, the host. Good value. Bear in mind 5th floor with no lift, but no problem for us.

L'unica problematica per me e mia moglie, che siamo anziani è il piano dell'appartamento 5 piano senza ascensore. Per il resto molto bello. Noi siamo anziani. L'appartamento è un 5 piano senza ascensore.
• Juuso (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, clean, good air-conditioning and street noise don't come to the room (good to sleep). Would come again. The water pressure is low, so it took some time to get shower. No elevator and the apartment is maybe 6 floor, so not good for bad knee people.

Nice little balcony for smoking, host friendly and welcoming, easy access to the keys and check in, also let us drops out bags before the room was ready Only few minor things, appartment is on the 5th floor, no lift.. Not recommended for elderly. .also the reason why is the water pressure been very poor..

Booked apartment as large 2 bedon arrival found that li had been subdived into 2 separate apartments no communication fro owner re change booked larger apartment due to longer stay should have been pre warned prior to arrival would have re booked elsewhere also be aware 82 steps up to get to apartment.
• Maria (8/5): Good apartment for a reasonable price - Location is great - close to the seaside and to the city center. Spacious apartment, big rooms, balcony. Wifi is fast. Kitchen is well-equipped. Linen is clean and the bad is comfortable. Also it's very quite. In winter it's cold inside, as there is no heater.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - I spent 2 nights there. It was comfortable, spacious. The apartment is on the top floor, but it was ok for me. The location is good, coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants near. The host was kind, and he recommend me some places to visit. I recommended to stay there.
• Selma (10/5): a great stay! - Fabian, the owner, was very nice and let me check in early. The apartment itself was located only a 15-min walk away from the seaside boulevard as well as the city centre. Everything necessary for a longer stay was available and in good condition. The apartment was very spacious, with even a balcony. I wasn't interested in going to the beach so much, but it's good to keep in mind that it is located pretty far away from any public beaches - you can't get there without a taxi/car.

• Hunt (10/5): Very clean and tidy apartment that was fully equipped. - Self catering. About five minutes walk to a good supermarket. Rruga Egnatia is one block away and parallel to the towns main street. In early April I found the sun shining on the balcony from about 07:30 - 12:30hrs. Through a gap between two blocks you can see ships coming in and out of the harbor. I couldn't see how anything could have been better with the apartment. It must be said that the outside of the block, hall and stairs were a bit shabby, but as soon as you enter the apartment you're in a whole different world of quality. I should say that the apartment is on the fifth floor (82 steps) but even as I'm pushing 70 years old I got the ascent down to about one minute!

• Denis (7/5): Good place to stay for younger travellers and big family. - Center location ,only 3 min walk to a famous Vollga promenade , very spacious apartment , comfortable matresses , big specious kitchen , fresh and clean beddings,towels, shampoos , soaps are available. It was cold in the apartment , the AC unit did not work in Heat mode. It was problem with a door lock , 5 floor without elevator .

• Loddo (7/5): Top location - Location was brilliant, right in the centre of Durazzo The flat was on sixth floor with no lift so difficult for someone with large suitcase. The Aircon unit was only in the living room and didn't work properly so we had to keep the windows open.
