Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the property owner had rented the room to another guest for a higher price, despite the fact that I had a confirmed and fully paid reservation through Booking.com. This happened late at night, which put me in a very difficult situation and forced me to urgently search for alternative accommodation. As a result, I suffered financial loss, inconvenience, and significant stress. In addition, the full amount of the reservation was charged from my account, and until today I have not received any refund or proper resolution regarding this issue. I kindly request: An immediate full refund of the reservation amount. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and losses I experienced. Necessary action to be taken against the property owner for failing to honor a confirmed booking. I can provide all booking details, conversations, and supporting evidence if needed.
