• Regina (7/5): A convenient room that is near restaurants, bars, shrines, museums, and convenience stores. - Good location, security system, and kitchenette. It’s good that this is located in the city, but the city has some rats and roaches that are around this place. One roach found a way inside the room.

• Erik (1/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicacion del apartamento era muy buena, centrica y muy cerca de la parada de metro. las condiciones reales del apartamento distaban mucho de lo anunciado en su plataforma y presentaban serias deficiencias. Problemas encontrados durante la estancia: Suciedad evidente en las paredes. Presencia de cucarachas en el apartamento. Baño inutilizable: la ducha estaba completamente atascada. Cristal roto en la ventana del balcón, lo que incrementaba notablemente la entrada de ruido desde la calle. Ruido excesivo por la noche; fue necesario dormir con tapones todas las noches. Diferencias con lo anunciado en Booking: Las fotos del anuncio no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad del apartamento. En el anuncio se indicaba que había lavadora, pero en realidad no existe una lavadora privada; solo hay una lavadora compartida para todo el edificio. Cuento con fotografías y vídeos que documentan el estado del alojamiento y las diferencias con la descripción de su anuncio, así como capturas de pantalla de lo que se publicaba en su web. Dado que las condiciones ofrecidas no coinciden con lo contratado y que la calidad e higiene del alojamiento fueron inaceptables, solicito un reembolso parcial o total de la reserva, así como que revisen el anuncio para evitar que futuros clientes se vean en la misma situación.

• Hugo (5/5): - Salle de bain en piteux etat, pas de rideau de douche ce qui trempait toute la salle de bain apres chaque douche, la porte était abimé avec un bout tranchant.

• Cuellar (9/5): Small but very central - The place is very small, but if you're going to spend the whole day walking around, it has everything you need to rest and the area is very good, very close to the metro line, it's also a quiet area so we could sleep peacefully. There are not enough sockets.
• Phawat (1/5): Doesn’t like it at all. Don’t worth your money. - The location is not too bad. First of all, this is not a hotel. This is a small apartment and pretty old compared to their images. The hallway is pretty scary since it probably a 20 years+ old apartment. The cleaning fee is too expensive compare to the experience. The hot water in the shower doesn’t work properly too it sounds like it’s gonna explode.

• Anthony (3/5): Worst place ever - It’s in a good location, that’s the only good thing about this property. The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes which genuinely made me feel quite ill. I booked this apartment for 5 days and the smell never left. Everything smelt of cigarettes even the bed sheets and the duvet. The apartment is certainly not 20sqm, not even close. I knew that staying in Tokyo would mean staying in a small place but this was beyond ridiculous. Please don’t be fooled by the photos. It made my time in Tokyo extremely unpleasant, please spend just a bit more money and stay anywhere else!
