- Alexandre Justo (8/5): Good Stay - The apartment has a good size, it is beautiful and very well equipped. Also, all the rooms have electronic black out, the rooms are completed dark. It is a silent neighborhood, good swimming pool and external area. The apartment could fit easy 7 people, the whole family. The owner attention was like 24/7. My messages were always answered immediately. It is an important comment. The neighbors beside us and the ones who were above were so noisy. I don't think there is a person there to control people's behavior mainly late at night. I could hear everything from the apartment beside me.

- Lorena (2/5): Péssimo atendimento. - A equipe de atendimento é péssima. Contratei o apt para 9 pessoas e depois alterei para 10. Paguei o valor estipulado por eles e tive a informação de que o apt estaria apto para todos. Quando informei que faltava 1 colchão eles me disseram que paguei apenas as despesas do apt e que se eu quisesse colchão teria que alugar e que não tinha mais disponível. Foi muito estressante, conseguiram acabar com o meu passeio. Sobre a limpeza tinha pasta de dente na torneira do banheiro, as pilhas dos controles não funcionavam tinha que ficar trocando as que estavam boas para ligar o ar ou a tv. Muito pernilongo por causa de córrego próximo. A cortina da suíte principal está preta de sujeira na barra. São oportunistas e tentam arrancar mais dinheiro do hóspede a qualquer eventual situação. Não recomendo
