• Brantcheva (10/5): I recommend - Great apartment, clean, cozy with everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machines and everything you need. The rooms are very nice, and communication with the host is fast and easy. There is a metro near the apartment with which you can go to all the sights. And 2-3 minutes walk away you can walk to the park where there is a unique car museum, I highly recommend it. Other amenities include a large grocery store next to the apartment, as well as cafes and restaurants. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow and steep. Getting your suitcase up and down was a bit of a challenge.
• Jacky Aprile (10/5): Séjour hyper agréable à Bruxelles. - Le logement était conforme à la description. Le quartier est calme et très facilement accessible en transport (métro). Il y'a un supermarché dans la rue du logement. Le métro est à 5 minutes à pied. L'emplacement du logement est parfait.

• Abigail Mensah (8/5): A pleasant place to stay. - The apartment was clean and the location was great. It is centred close to shops and transport system so commuting is easy and if you are the home food type, it is easy to go grocery shopping and make yourself something nice or satisfy your cravings. The host was generous enough and stock the kitchen with groceries although we didn't use them but that was so kind and considerate of him. Thumbs up for that. The apartment also had all the items required for everyday living. The staff was friendly and willing to help with all queries. Overall it is a place I will choose again whenever I visit brussels. The day I checked in and saw the stairs, my first impression was not this week. Please, In future if something can be done about the stairs, then let's go for lift. That's future plan not now. Also, The corridors of the building throughout our stay reck smoke. Someone was a smoker there and the person smokes at the corridor so it made we inhaling the smoke uncomfortable and tried to avoid going home early whenever we went out.

• juanyper (10/5): - La amabilidad del anfitrión, quien se puso a nuestra disposición apenas hicimos la reserva. Facilitó nuestra llegada al apartamento, tomando en cuenta que nuestro viaje era junto a nuestros dos pequeños hijos. El apartamento estaba listo para nuestro uso, con el sofá cama armado para llegar directamente a descansar. La descripción podría señalar que no tiene ascensor y que para acceder hay que subir escaleras. Si bien es sólo un piso, viajamos con nuestra hija que fue operada hace unos meses de su rodilla y este tema fue considerable.

• Vasileios (9/5): Excellent stay and a most helpful host! - The host communicates very efficiently and is excellent in terms of arranging check in and check out. Very friendly and most helpful! The apartment per se is in excellent condition and clean throughout with a strong wifi connection. The stairs to the apartment could prove tricky for some elderly travellers but this is something many apartments in Brussels have as a feature (old buildings). However, the flat itself is renovated and very convenient in terms of connections.

• Madalina (8/5): Good for short stay - Very nice and friendly host, able to contact him also during the stay. The apartment is warm and nice, in a very nice district of Bruxelles and there is enough space on the street to park (paid parking). The apartment was clean but not extremely clean. The sponge in the kitchen was well used for instance. The bathroom is quite small and the door doesn't close entirely, it is a sliding door (not a major inconvenience but still).

• David (6/5): - Il y a le confort nécessaire pour un séjour court, avec ce qu'on attend pour un stop à Bxl: les clés dans une boite sécurisée simple à récupérer, wifi, communication rapide avec la propriétaire, linge et serviettes fourni. Métro et commerces à 400m au carrefour Mérode, et parc du cinquantenaire à proximité. L'appartement n'est pas cosy, mobilier de qualité très simple, cuisine et salle de bain plutot petites. Standing de l'immeuble est très moyen.

• Francis (5/5): appartement surement beaucoup plus agréable l'été ..................... - appartement ancien mais très propre , nous avons apprécié les dosettes de café et le biscuit pour le 1er petit déjeuner La cuisine est pratique ......Proche du métro, très pratique pour se rendre en ville . Appartement pas ou mal isolée ,chauffage ne fonctionne pas ou vraiment très peut la nuit avec des températures très basses dehors ...... Très mal dormis ,nous avons eu froid toute la nuit, la couette du lit était trop juste et ne retombait pas sur les cotés .Salle de bain pas pratique, devrait être rénovée, petite baignoire ........douchette......une colonne de douche avec un robinet thermostatique et un bac a douche ou une cabine de douche de taille correcte serait appréciable .....

Vicino al trame e metro per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti.il proprietario super, ci ha assistito x tutto dall' arrivo fino a quando siamo andati via. Super disponibile. Solo il bagno un po' piccolino , ma per qualche giorno va bene lo stesso.
• Francesco (9/5): - La colazione non era inclusa; tuttavia, il gestore dell'appartamento ha lasciato a disposizione cialde per caffè e biscotti. La posizione è risultata ottimale, vicina alla stazione della metro e ben collegata con le principali attrazioni della città.

• Afroditi Panagiota (7/5): Overall, it was a comfortable and well-maintained stay, despite minor issues with the shower and heating. - The accommodation was clean, spacious enough for a small family or couple, and well kept. The shower drain needs to be checked, as it tends to accumulate water. Unfortunately, we stayed in Brussels during a particularly cold week, and the heating wasn’t sufficient to warm the room. I believe adding a small air heater could be an effective solution.

And the facilities all worked, and seemed clean. Host was reasonably responsive. Zero decoration, zero heart or soul. Very narrow kitchen and bathroom.

De plus IL y avait une petite cuisine que j'ai Bien apprecie! Et Dans la cuisine le proprio avait laisser pour nous biscuits, eau minerale, cafe et the! Tout etait parfait, vraiment! On reviendra avec plaisir UN jour! Je recommande et note 10/10! Tout etait parfait!

A fechadura da porta do apartamento pode ser melhorada. Demorei algum tempo a perceber o sistema de trincos e fechaduras, para abrir a porta.

• H (8/5): Rustig verblijf op een goede locatie in de stad - Fijn en ruim appartement op een perfecte locatie! Goed bed en keuken had alles wat ik nodig had om voor mijzelf te koken. Host was behulpzaam en goed te bereiken. De kunst van Eric in de woonkamer was tof ;) Er zat schimmel in de badkamer, en de dekbedden waren synthetisch, wat niet lekker is met slapen. Verder was een extra lampje in de woonkamer prettig geweest
• Artur (10/5): Clean and new apartment - I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the owner for his kindness in meeting us a bit earlier, around 10 or 11 a.m., so I could leave my two backpacks while the apartment was still being cleaned after the previous guests. I really appreciated that, as it spared me from carrying them around during my trip to Bruges. As for the apartment itself, it’s newly renovated, in a fantastic location near a park, and just a couple of minutes away from plenty of shops and the beautiful, iconic gates of Brussels, along with a lovely fountain. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities like shampoo and cooking essentials, which added a lot of comfort to the stay. The owner was very friendly and pleasant, so I wholeheartedly recommend it and I know I’ll be coming back!

LA facilité pour récupérer les clefs et remettre les clefs au départ. L'emplacement près du métro Mérode et proche ligne de tram. Possibilité d'ajouter un cache sur le compteur d'eau dans la douche. Matelas un peu mou pour nos dos plus tout jeune.

Facile d'accès du centre ville, en métro en ce qui nous concerne parce qu'on avait pris un pass pour la journée, mais c'est faisable à pied. Très bien agencé. Le calme absolu, donnant sur une rue peu passante (mois d'août). Bonne literie y compris le canapé lit dans lequel j'ai dormi. Le propriétaire a répondu quasiment instantanément à mes 2-3 sms. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour à Bruxelles. Il manque un petit éclairage qui pourrait faire fonction de lampe de chevet, accessible depuis le canapé lit, pour ne pas avoir à se relever.

• Pauline (5/5): Good for the purpose I needed but beware of stairs and very narrow - Location was great as in good neighbourhood and close to EU quarters. Shops and restaurants just next to the accommodation A bit dated- fresh paint needed and it’s a nightmare if you’ve got mobility issues or a child with a pram. The front entrance is so narrow and comes straight into stairs that go all the way to the flat which is on 2nd floor. If you have a pram or mobility issues I’d advise against staying here as there are no lifts !
