• Tammy (9/5): Excellent location for exploring the Jungfrau region & comfortable apartment - The apartment was comfortable and as described. Well presented and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 6, although it is a bit tight on space around the queen bed in the main bedroom. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds. There were plenty of pedestal fans for the warm nights which we appreciated. We enjoyed watching the horse & carriages from the window as they went down the street. The location was fantastic- close to the train, the boat, and an easy walk around the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and in the Jungfrau region! A washing machine & a toaster would be a big plus! Capsules for the Nespresso machine would be great for early morning coffee, but we did enjoy the complementary coffee from Jan’s coffee bar. • Marlon Brian (9/5): - The location was great, and the host was very accommodating. The property is just a few minutes away from the station and the city center. The place can be retouched or can be a bit cleaner, but overall still a great experience.

• YOSHINOBU (8/5): - Location is good due to neay by station and supermarket(COOP). Every day staff were cleaning kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. So alway clean!
• Chelsea (5/5): A disappointing stay in beautiful Interlaken - The apartment is well-located, making it easy to explore the town on foot, and the complimentary coffee voucher was a nice touch. The apartment itself is in serious need of maintenance. There’s a strip club/brothel located directly downstairs, which isn’t disclosed in the listing. Noise from the bar below continued late into the night, making restful sleep difficult. The apartment lacks basic comforts — there’s no air conditioning, only pedestal fans, and the bathroom has no ventilation. Windows are required to be left open to allow air to flow in the room, but the bar below the apartment makes this nearly impossible due to noise. Fixtures throughout are broken, including light switches, door handles, blinds, and kitchen cupboard doors that won’t close properly. A blind in one bedroom was off the tracks, unable to be put back on therefore unable to be opened to allow air flow through. Bedrooms are quite small, two of our group were unable to open their suitcases in their room. The oven mitt had visible mould, paint is peeling in both the bathroom and kitchen, and a towel was marked with bleach stains. The apartment doesn’t provide a toaster, and while there’s an iron, there’s no ironing board. There was also no top sheet, nor coverlets provided. Communication with the host was poor. We were advised we could leave our luggage in the storage room after check-out, but multiple messages asking for instructions were ignored, leaving us stranded with our bags post check out. There was also a list in the apartment outlining charges for any damaged or missing items — which felt incredibly ironic considering the apartment’s overall state. While the location is undeniably convenient, the lack of basic amenities, cleanliness, and host responsiveness made this stay one we wouldn’t recommend. There are much better-maintained options available in Interlaken.

• Alongkorn (9/5): Good value for family and convenience from Interlaken west station - Jan ; the owner very kind and Alway support my family by hand carrying all luggage’s by himself As above message it’s quite difficult to hand carry the luggage to apartment due to no elevator. However the owner support us to carry by himself
• Rajat (10/5): It was a comfortable stay and my kid loved the bunkbed setup :) - Checkin instructions were clear and we were able to retrieve apartment key without difficulty. I was surprised to see the cleaning happens everyday which was amazing. Nothing much to say everything was well planned. But, having a dishwasher would be a big plus.

• Cornelia (6/5): It was a good location and convenient for one night but it would be difficult to stay there longer. - It was very convenient, large and in a great spot. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early which made our travel plans easier. The kitchen and bathroom need repairs and updating - the kitchen faucet was not mounted correctly and the cupboard doors were not shutting correctly. The biggest issue was that there is a strip Club and bar directly below the apartment which was not noted in the booking. One of the bedrooms is directly above the alley where people stand and smoke. We could not leave the windows open during a hot night because the smoke was drifting into the bedroom.

• Supriya (10/5): Excellent - Very clean and close to Interlaken west station. Jan and his team were very helpful . Would have liked more mirrors , it was bit difficult to get ready for all people at a time . And microwave in the house would have been really great .

• Mohammad (1/5): Was the worst accommodation experience in my life - The location is good close to most of the attractions Too tight and small rooms, very hard to move inside the apartment in general. The building is sorrounded with other buildings from all directions and you have to get in to small street to access. No private parking. And the next door was a brothel which is really inappropriate specially for families. And the apartment enough for 8 persons but there is only 1 bathroom.

• Shah (9/5): Superb - Well maintained and furnished with everything you would require as a traveler. The space is big enough to fit a group of people. The property has 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 people to sleep but has only 1 bathroom with just one mirror. Major issue that I faced was , the apartment was opened and cleaned without my presence or permission. Privacy invaded.
