• Didi Yariadi (5/5): Hits & Misses - 1. Location - A rejuvenated part of London, plenty of food and supermarkets nearby. Something different from the usual crowded touristy areas. 2. Spacious new apartment with fully equipped kitchen and laundry, suitable for families and groups. 3. Full transport options within 5 minutes walk - rail, Tube and bus. Convenient for day trips out of Victoria station. 4. Central air conditioning. None of those archaic British rules about keeping facades free from air conditioning units. Essential for summer tourists. 5. Host was prompt with response. 1. Just beside the rail line, so you can hear trains going past. Not great for light sleepers although we weren't particularly affected. 2. Shower water pressure was too low for our liking and couldn't be adjusted. 3. Hot water was intermittent on one of the nights and our showers were jolted with bouts of cold water, but it was quickly resolved the next day. 3. Beds were thin and flimsy, not great for those with back issues.

• Ina (9/5): Nice new flat near the tube - The flat was super nice, new and clean. The hosts were super helpful. Location is very convenient and near the tube. Battersea park right next to the flat was a great place to spend time with kids.
• Dawn (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic. Beds were comfy, and the facilities were great The sofa was a tad uncomfortable, so we didn't feel we could fully relax. The shower floor was a bit slippery, and my 78 year old sister in law was worried about slipping. Maybe a shower mat would be helpful

• Yauhen (9/5): Almost (just mind the train nearby) Perfect place to stay to spend time in London. - Nice apartment with everything needed for the comfortable stay - even the details - a box of coffee capsules (not like usual 3), bag of dishwasher pods, roll of garbage bags - really adds up to the place! And the location - really nice - park, store, shopping mall, tube - all is walkable distance! The sound from the train track is really noticeable. Just keep in mind. We were ok, but some people might find it disturbing.

• Guido (9/5): New Year’s Eve in London - Nice and new location near Battersea Power Station. Bus, underground and train stops nearby. Good communication with helpful staff. The flat was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Mirrors in the bathrooms were too close to the taps, face washing was not easy.

• Maryanne (5/5): Poor. - The flat was right next to a busy main railway line with trains going past every few minutes - there was no mention of this in the description of the flat - in fact, the description said it was in a quiet location. It was not possible to work. The disturbance was significant even with doors and windows closed. We would never had booked this placed had we known that it was next to a railway line. The beds provided were not proper mattresses and provided absolutely no support. We were forced to find alternative accommodation the very next day and at our own cost.
