• Denitsa (10/5): Great place to stay in Varna’s city center - TOP location, cosy room, helpful staff, it was very bright, despite we were in the rooftop room with no balcony, it was quiet and had a nice view (not towards the sea, but still nice), sea, seagarden and everything you might need is 3-5-10 min away walking distance. The free hotel slippers were also a pleasant surprise :) There was a luttle mold in the bathroom, but there is also a window in there, so I am not sure if it was indeed mold or just some other stains

• Anjel (6/5): Comfortable but outdated stay that would greatly benefit from renovation and better maintenance. - The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, and overall the apartment matched the description provided. The property looks like it hasn’t been renovated since my last stay six years ago. Some of the tables were damaged, and the washing machine had serious cosmetic damage with rust and was falling apart. We also had difficulty getting clothes out of it and had to improvise with a broom and hook. The microwave wasn’t functional because the glass plate didn’t fit correctly, so it didn’t spin. The balcony wasn’t properly cleaned and was dusty, there was a stain on the carpet, and overall the apartment felt neglected and in need of updates.

• laurel (8/5): Perfect location but shower quickly - Excellent location right near the pedestrianized street. The room had a cute terrace; it was a clean building and room. The shower pan wasn't deep, and the drain was not quick enough to remove water. We had to take quick showers to avoid flooding the bathroom.
• bogdan (1/5): Too many issues - White clean towels We booked apartment 1A as confirmed by the property, but upon arrival we were shocked to find other guests already staying there. We were forced to move into 2A, using the same key locker. This was a completely unprofessional and unacceptable situation. The property imposes a €50 fee if you lose the key – but what is the fee when they mess with the guests’ keys and bookings? Cleanliness The bathroom toilet had dried dirt inside, despite the “cleaning seal” attached. The bed sheet had a hair on it. A bug with a bad smell was hanging on the wall. No mosquito/insect nets in the bathroom or bedrooms. Maintenance & Comfort The balcony door does not close properly, leaving a 1 cm gap; all street noise is heard in the bedroom. I reported this issue to the property manager, but received no reply. No garbage facilities – guests must carry trash to public containers on the street. The dining table has only 3 chairs, while the apartment is advertised for 4 people. All doors squeak loudly, disturbing everyone at night. Furniture is cheap and falling apart, especially in the bathroom. Misleading Information The apartment photos show a terrace that appears to belong to the unit, but it is just the building’s entrance, which is misleading. Parking across the street is advertised as 20 BGN/day, but in reality costs €1.53/hour. Communication Communication with the property was almost nonexistent. They only responded when they had something to say, but ignored our complaints and requests. Cancellation Experience The worst part: a day before our stay I tried to cancel because I had just received test results for my child, who was diagnosed with a rare chronic disease. We spent days in hospitals and I explained the situation to the property, even offering to provide medical documents. They ignored my messages completely – not even a change of dates was offered.

• Viktorija (8/5): Great place to stay - The property is in the city centre. It is very close to all attractions, food markets and the beach. It is in a perfect spot for city and beach holidays. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue in our room with the shower water not draining properly, once we told that at the reception our room was changed and apologies were given. It was weird as the water would not drain properly in both rooms that we stayed, the second room had better drainage, but probably there might be the issue in the whole building. Also, there were some noises from the mini bar and water pipes. Those were not really big issues, but if you are a light sleeper, you need to have the earbuds.

Although the balcony is large, it is not maintained, it is recommended to wash the floor there because it is sticky from dirt An electric kettle in the room would have upgraded the experience

• Francesco (7/5): Good - Modern building and good location. Beds are comfortable. The bedroom was not really cleaned properly. We found stains on the windows and dust in the closets. The bathroom is not very "private" in the double bedroom, it's small and the other person can easily see what is being done in the bathroom. Somewhat uncomfortable considering we were paying the room 100 euros per night in Bulgaria. I strongly recommend not to buy the breakfast vouchers: they are 15 leva value for the cafe in front of the building to spend till 15 leva in the café. We didn't understand what's the benefit of having them instead of just going to café and pay there.

I couldn't use it once I noticed. - Hair in the bathroom - No breakfast inside the hotel. I believe it would be fair to mention it in the ads, as it's more than a detail for whoever wants to enjoy an easy to get, already made breakfast in the hotel without having to go accross the street, order, etc. - Some soccer's fan banging doors and screaming in the hotel at 4am. It totally ruins my night and messed up my schedule for my last morning in Varna. Now I do get that you can't ask everyone the reason of their visit but 1) It's still your responsibility to ensure that the rules are followed and that the place remains quiet. 2) When someone gives you the feedback the next morning, you could at least offer to treat them with breakfast.
