In diesem 5 Tage wir haben kein Internet (WAL) gehabt .Wenn ich habe gefragt , die haben gesagt ,die WAL is defekt. Im Zimmer gibt keine Kuchen Sache, obwohl das ist ein hotel appartment!! Ich empfehle niemand und gebe ein 0 Punkt für diese hotel appartment.

Номер требует косметического ремонта. В душе сломан держатель для лейки душа, подставка для мыла висит на одном шурупе. Одна из декоративных досок у изголовья кровати отломана и болтается. №429.

• Shaposhnikova (8/5): Nice, close to shops, but with poor internet - Small and cosy suite; not far from amenities; we were provided with all necessary cutleries; staff were welcoming, respectful and responsive. It was hot in the rooms but there were two ACs. The location was convenient to us but it's very far from the city centre. Poor internet connection, it wasn't possible to work online; one of the receptionists doesn't speak English. When we check out, there was nobody at the reception.

• Mosalli (1/5): سيء جدا وفيه صراصير كثير وفي بق bug - لم يعجبني شي حجزت عبر بوكينغ غرفتين وصالة لمدة أسبوعين، لكن عند الوصول أعطوني الغرفة رقم (107). الغرفة كانت مليئة بالصراصير والبق (bugs). هذه صورة ليد والدتي في أول يوم نمنا فيه، وصورة أخرى من اليوم الثاني، مرفقة بالصور على Google Maps. الإدارة سيئة جدًا، والمالك رفض إلغاء حجزي أو استرجاع المبلغ. كل ما فعلوه هو نقلنا إلى فرعهم في Dudullu، وقالوا إنهم سيعطونني غرفة وصالة بالإضافة إلى غرفة إضافية، ولكن بعد اتصال آخر منهم أبلغوني بعدم توفر الغرفة الإضافية، وبالتالي لم يكن الحجز مطابقًا لما دفعته. لم يتم استرجاع باقي المبلغ الخاص بالغرفة الثانية. اضطررت للتعاقد مع مترجمة لأنهم لا يتحدثون الإنجليزية جيدًا، وكان تواصلي معهم في البداية مرفوضًا. بعد تدخل المترجمة، وافقوا على التغيير للفرع Dudullu، لكن التجربة كانت سيئة للغاية. كيف مصنف من بوكينغ .4 8 مرفق صورة على طاولة بجانب الاستقبال. حسبي الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل.

Поскольку мне задержали рейс, я приехал позже назначенного срока заселения. Предоставить мне оплаченный мною номер отказались. Бронь сняли, деньги за сутки оставили себе а меня заселили только после 14 '00 следующего дня. Номер прокуренный. Окна грязные. По запросу принесли столовые приборы, тоже грязные. Чайник грязный, также меняли по запросу. Лучше выбрать другой отель

• Qasim (8/5): Secure and Clean Environment - My daughter and her friend (both from Pakistan) who studies in the University near by stayed for 6 days after their contract at the University accommodation expired and before their flight back home. For any parent security is the top priority. Zin D home provides a very secure environment with clean rooms, excellent location as far as the students are concerned and great staff. Suggestion: Student rebate / concession is essential on their student card especially to the International Students
• Luis (6/5): Meh.. - Kinda confortable, AC works. Pool is cool and open until 10pm. Sauna is good 24/7. Groceries not too far. Staff is rude, to kitchen utensils, when I asked for them the answer was “not included” I insisted i need them and the guy looked upset and said he will try to get it. Got me some forks and knifes and miniature glasses.. House seems weak and falling apart, door handle was broken on main room. Internet breaks.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - The apartment is really comfortable. You would find everything as featured in the description. There's a table tennis you can play in the basement and a sauna. Had it not been for the location, it would have been my favourite place in Istanbul. It's a great place to stay if you have a car and don't have to commute to Istanbul.

• Amal (5/5): Im never staying there. Waste of money. Staff needs to know their duties - The size of the room is good There were mosquitoes that bit my kids all night. The flush and bidet were broken. The blanket had stains and it was torn. There was no staff at the reception. No one opened the garage for us to park the car.

It was near my university, but it’s not a good location if you are coming for leisure and sightseeing, too far from old city. There is a washing machine in the room. Nice design. Far from attractions, but I needed this location. No variety of decent restaurants around. No cleaning, even had to buy my own garbage bags, but I didn’t ask, however there is no cleaning by default. Also didn’t feel bathroom was clean, and maybe English instruction on washing machine would be good
• Bogdan (8/5): Good place to stay while transiting Istanbul - The suite was nice, big and comfortable. The bed was really good. For us who were just passing through Istanbul, the location was very good because it allowed quick access and also easy way out of the city. There is an underground garage and an outdoor pool. While at first glance it doesn't look much, the neighbourhood is very lively, with lots of shops, places to eat, cafes, banks etc and seems quite safe. Overall, the price/quality ratio was a good one for us. The shower was terrible. Draining basically didn't work while the shower head had low pressure due to the leaking hose and connections. The sofa bed in the living room is not that comfortable and there are no drapes so the morning's first light is guaranteed to wake you up.

• Julia (2/5): Never ever - Ничего We have non -refund tariff for booking from 16 till 21 ‘Aug. Unfortunately, there were some issues which makes our living in apartment impossible. We arrived on the 16’Aug to room 428 ,my son come to WC and saw hash in toilet,he was really impressed, we moved to room 103, but child’s impression was it was and he denied to go to toilet in apartment. We wanted to take shower ,it was broken ,reception was closed at 10 pm, so my children were after sea and went to bed salt&dirty. Then we wanted to have dinner in terrase,there were French fries and pieces of old pizza on the floor. We washed our clothes,but there is no outside clothes dryer. After all these things we kindly asked to give our money back with discount,we spent 2 hours discussing it with reception woman,she connected to her manager,but the was “no refund” We decided to overnight on 17 August in another hotel mainly because of child impressions of hash, when we came back in 18 Aug our room was dirty ,there was no cleaning And to add there are broken shelf and clothes hanger absence and broken gates in car parking due to which I was not able to leave

There are several outdoor parking spaces in front of the hotel, and the hotel also has an even larger indoor parking lot - a garage from which the room can be reached by elevator.
