• Rajiken (9/5): We enjoy our stay, especially since we want to rest and relax and not travel around much. - The view is wonderful! Located at level 35, the air felt fresh, we can look out far and had views of both the nature and city. Apartment is clean and well-maintained despite the worn furniture. Disposal of garbage is also easy within the same level. Country Garden estate is lively even at night. Lots of shops and eateries/restaurants. The mall is rather quiet but has the necessary essentials. We were given the QR code option to get into the premise but it only worked well for the first day. After that, we had trouble getting verified with QR code scanning or even the number code given. Residents tapped their card and let us in. Other QR code users also complained of the same issues. Washing machine was extremely loud when in spin mode. And we hope there are drying racks instead of hanging the clothes at the ceiling because the strong winds make the laundry prone to flying away, especially at that high level.

• Fawwaz Syakir (9/5): Lovell 13A 29-02 - The unit is spacious and can accomodate up to 10 adults. Beautiful view facing Singapore. You can watch the sunset from the balcony. Couldn't find any instant tea and coffee for supper or evening drinks. If there is, its a bit hard to find for it.

• Hilman Fajrin (7/5): Nice View and Great - The place is suitable for large groups. Total 4 double bed, and 4 single mattress. Great view of the sea. Open concept kitchen, living room has TV. Clean rooms and bathroom. You can go to the pool and gym. Medium sized pool, suitable for children and not really adults. Washing machine, hairdryer and iron available. Didn't use the washing machine though. Check in was quite easy. Recommended for large group, a lot of food shop to walk around. Even a mamak eatery nearby. If you just need a place to stay or sleep and have a large group this is a good place to stay. 1) Towel provided was too lightweight. It did not absorb water. Suggest to bring own towel and toiletries. 2) Parking only for 1 car. The other car must pay RM20 3) The electricity kept going off when someone leaves using the main door and no one locks the door. 4) more extra pillows/blankets
• siti nor asyikin (10/5): - overall i like the condition of the aparment..very nice n suitable if anyone who have a little baby…because the owner apartment ready a bed baby…like it very much!!☺️☺️☺️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The apartment management department doesn't maintain the pool area well...so that part is not fun...the house part is very nice...actually it's a bit disappointing because I came to bring my family to swim in the pool

• Vandana (10/5): would definitely recommend if travelling as a big group - does the job as a comfortable homestay! - the most stunning view from the balcony, good location not far from CIQ and legoland, comfortable beds, basic toiletries provided, responsive hosts (was kind enough to provide a baby cot even!) small thing but towels could have been better (didn’t absorb any water😅) but otherwise really no complaints!
• Aigoo (8/5): Still a worthwhile try to stay for the view - Sea view from the balcony and two of the rooms totally met expectations, grander during sunset, though we missed the sunrise to comment on that. Questions answered by host via WhatsApp but it is only within 24hrs from check in. Toiletries and towels were included however toiletries are only inclusive of shampoo, body wash and hand wash. Some of the body towels had to double up as hand towels. Check in process was relatively straightforward to follow with the shared document. It should have also included how the power works as it cuts off once the main entrance door is open. We found out the hard way; imagine the surprise when the whole party was preoccupied in the showers and the last guest came in and knocked out the power. Provision of a water dispenser but lacked any basic instructions that ensured its continued usage, we tried to use the electrical kettle provided when it stopped dispensing water but it was not working. i.e. keep the tap on. Property looked new on the surface but visible wear and tear can be seen on the corner of the walls and cabinets around. There is a half-empty mall with an Aeon just opposite the property. Host is only responsive via booking when the booking is made and no longer responds via booking. Permission was not sought before being add into a WhatsApp group with 4 other unknowns (excluding the host), unsure of what is the data policy in Malaysia, but it seems lacking due to this. Since it was supposed to be a 4-bedroom and 4-toilet property, one would expect all 4 rooms to be similar but the 4th room with the twin bed was shaped to be a helper's room which was neither air conditioned nor spacious enough. It was also linked from the outdoor laundry area and seems to be purposely kept separately from the main guests, though understand that this is likely all on the developer. Nail clipping and hair strand found underneath one of the bed sheets (queen + twin room).
• Rahimah (8/5): Overall very good, peaceful n comfortable - Fast and easy to deal with the agent.. everything in the apartment was well maintained.. even baby item is available in the apartment.. The only one thing that is not comfortable was the pillow too soft..
