• Rochelle (5/5): Disappointing stay. - Location to Marina, beach and local shopping centre. Quiet and peaceful setting. Outdoor setting - to sit outside. 1. Mould smell. Mould noticeable on ceiling areas and paint bubbling on wall - photos taken. Air conditioner gave off an odour. Felt unwell with the smell. Impacted our sleep and stay overall. 2. Villa floor was dirty - felt dirt particles under foot, feet dirty and when wiped floor - black on chux wipe. Bathroom vent and bathroom floor - dirty and dusty. Villa was overall dusty. 3. Mass fly invasion in the Villa. 20-30 flies to remove took hours. This affected our sense of peaceful wellbeing and comfort. Found a crack in left lower side of window nearest kitchen. Large black noisy flies were invading en masse. We found them hiding in curtains. They were non-stop flying around the villa, inthe kitchen while preparing food. A real annoyance. Type and position of crack may indicate a rock flung by mower or whipper snipper. Placed bandaid over crack to stop flies entering villa. 4. There was insuffucient body wash and shampoo/conditioner for 2 people for 2 nights. 2 body wash and 1 shampoo and conditioner only - small tubes. 5. A bathroom mat/floor towel was needed for water absorption post shower. Floor became slippery and ready for an accident. 6. No hand towel. Only 1 standard non-absorbing towel available. The villa accomodation and experience there not worth what paid for 2 nights. 7. Stains - blood etc on matress protector. 🙀

• Sharon (10/5): Lovely little villa , has everything you need for a comfortable stay , kitchenette very well stocked with appliances , i - Easy check in , the keys were in the lock box - Compact but Comfortable with modern decor, small kitchenette but has a good supply of kitchen appliances for cooking (eg : electric fry pan ,air fryer , microwave ) - good if you want a longer stay , air con was good The parking space was was small

• Shirley (7/5): It was nice enough and served the purpose, but could really have done with a heavier blanket . - Heater was useful Only a very thin blanket which meant I woke in the early morning very cold (shivering), despite wearing nightclothes.
• Peter (10/5): Great little cabin close to everything. - A very cute and well-appointed little beach cabin. It had everything we needed including an outdoor table and chairs. Off-street parking was good and right next to cabin. Bed was comfortable and the cabin was nicely decorated. We enjoyed both the days we stayed there. It was close to a club that had lovely dinners and a terrific Asian restaurant. We ate at both and they were good value. A long stool/bench to put luggage would have been helpful.

Also there was no Internet at all. Not happy ☹️ at the entry there is nothing to say it is Snapper Villa!!!!!!! Why?

• Ivo (7/5): Good location for tours going to K'gari or to relax for a day or two - Close to the aquarium and the pier, there's even a cinema within walking distance. The pickup point for many tours going to K'gari is just a short walk away. The pool is quite nice and wasn't busy when we were there. The bus to Hervey Bay is only 3 AUD. The space is smaller than we thought, about one-third of the villa. You can hear the people in the larger part of the villa quite well. The pool isn't public, but I wouldn't call it private either; it belongs to the villa park and is close to the park entrance. We couldn't find it at first. Note that there is no wifi available.
