- Yousef (6/5): لا اعتقد تكرارها.. - الغرفة وسيعة السعر مرتفع بالنسبة للمنافسين ، عدم احترافية طاقم الفندق في التعامل مع النزلاء ، حيث أني أول ما فتحت باب الغرفة للخول سقط خشب الباب العلوي على رأسي وكانت مؤلمة جدًا ، وكان عامل الغرف معي وقام بإخبار المسؤول وجاء وقدم اعتذار شفهي فقط..!

- Ahmad (10/5): - 1- الفندق نظيف جددداً 2- تعامل موظفوا الإستقبال راقي جداً 1 - مواقف السيارات تصميمها سيئ جداً ؛ لا أنصح لمن يملك سيارة أن يقف فيها ؛ متعبة ؛ يوجد بجانب الفندق ساحة ترابية أفضل بكثير لسهولة الخروج و الدخول 2- عندهم غرف ( Connect ) ؛ بين كل غرفتين باب ؛ هذه الغرف يعيبها سماع الغرفة الأخرى بكل وضوح ؛ يعني الخصوصية 👎🏼👎🏼 ؛ لكن الإستقبال - جزاهم الله خير - تفادوا هذه المشكلة بتحويلي لغرفة منفصلة

- Luay (2/5): Horrible experience. First time and last time - Room Service is excellent. They cleaned the room and were polite. Bellboy is very helpful and polite, 1. Construction and detours around the hotel made Uber pickup a nightmare. I picked the hotel because of the misleading name “KAFD Executive” but it was not in KAFD and because of road blocks mentioned above I ran late to my meetings in KAFD. 2. I chose the booking with breakfast and when I arrived I was charged the same price with no breakfast (was scammed) 3. One of my visitors couldn’t park his luxurious car in their bad underground parking. 4. Morning receptionist doesn’t fit to deal with human beings (night shift staff were friendly and helpful)

Observation for enhancement * The number of bathroom light fixtures is insufficient and should be increased, particularly around the magnifying mirror to ensure adequate illumination. * No bathroom curbs are installed. * The quality of the shampoo provided is below the expected standard; it is recommended to supply a higher-quality product. * A body sponge is currently not provided and should be considered as part of the guest amenities
- SHLEEL (9/5): رائعه أكيد .. - اعجبني تخصيص ادوار لغير المدخنين الحمد لله لقيت فندق صاحي ابعد المرضى المدخنين الله يشفيهم عنا في ادوار مستقله لهم .. موب زي اغلب الفنادق عامل مكس بين غرف المدخنين وغير المدخنين ويصل التدخين داخل الغرف .. الموظفين بالاستقبال عسل الله يوفقهم .. وكذلك بقية طاقم العاملين بدون أستثناء جداً لطيفين ومتعاونين .. مواقف السيارات في القبو صيقه جداً وقليلة والسيارات الكبيرة الله يعينهم .. المعطرات والفواحات في كل مكان اللي ما عنده جيوب انفيه ولا التهابات صدريه وربو وحساسية راح تجيبها لك .. الله يسامحكم مزودين عددها كثير في اللوبي وهذا خطير على النزلاء وخاصة الموظفين .. على ادارة الفندق الانتباه لهذا الشيء .. المختصين يحذرون منها ومن مخاطرها .. كما يجب عدم وضعها في ادوار وبالقرب من غرف النزلاء..

- المشهوري (5/5): - استاجرت في هذا الفندق لعدت مرات وكانت جميعها ممتازه ولكن في المره الاخيره لم تكن جيده لايوجد خصوصيه تدخل حتى في تحديد اوقات زيارة الضيوف تدخل في مستوى صوت التلفاز فقررت ايقاف الاستئجار في هذا الفندق فلله الحمد فنادق وشقق وشاليهات الرياض كثيره ومتعدده ولكن نقلت تجربتي ليستفيد غيري مع العلم انني تغاضيت سابقا عن موقع الفندق الذي ليس له الا طريق واحد بسبب الاعمال القائمه حوله وكذلك دخول السياره الى المواقف اسف الفندق التي تحتاج سائق ماهر لضيقها وصعوبة دخول المواقف خاصة السيارات الكبيره مثل الجيوب والجموس والسيارات العائليه ولكن يصل الامر الى التدخل فيما ذكرت انفا هنا نقف ونبحث عن غيره وشكرا

- riccimae (7/5): initial reaction was a turn off. we were disappointed at the receptionist (the male one). - The room was big and its comfortable. kids love the shower. extra comforter and pillow was on the cabinet. When we arrive at the hotel the receptionist was unwelcoming, we didn't noticed him in the reception area until my kid ring the bell, he also got irritated when my kid press the call bell few times. no hi or hello. no greetings, no smiles. I showed him the booking details on my phone and he just asked for the passport or Iqama of my family. not an approachable kind of staff.
- Amelia (10/5): Great Hotel - Quiet and peaceful. Great views from the room and close to the metro. Rooms are really nice. Surrounding construction makes it hard. Uber drivers often take detours or miss the turn—it’s a bit tricky. You have to go all the way around, but it’s fine.
- Moath (1/5): يحتاج لكم مهندس يعيد تصميم المواقف السيئة ذي - مالحقت انزل في الفندق بسبب المواقف السيئة طلعت من عندهم بحادث. عيب والله فندق اربع نجوم وبالاخير مواقفهم السفلية كذا؟ نازل جهنم اقابل ابليس مو نازل مواقف. المواقف السفلية سيئة جداً مجرد ما وصلت وبسبب ضيق الممرات في النزول تسببت بحادث وطلعت والغيت الحجز مباشرة وبإذن الله اخر مرة افكر احجز عندهم. للاسف اسوأ شي عندهم المواقف ولا يوجد مواقف خارجية قريبة.

- Ayed (1/5): Complete rip off your sleep and Money .!! - Location little bit although construction site I checked late at 12:00 a.m The parking built by barber i think! I dare you to sleep is their slogan There is no sound proof 0-10 the streets traffic is so noisy (modified exhaust and sirens ..) At 6 am you will be an observer of the construction site oh my god the Catpillar is digging in your ears .. I had one night with my wife and an infant it was disaster ( came from airport to meet them.. Cleanness is 3-10 and overused The property did not respond to my complain about the noise .. The price NoT worth it Did not bother to check breakfast or other facilities .. Very disappointed They should close temporary to figure out where they are.. Complete rip off your sleep and Money .
