• Latafat (10/5): Definitely would love to return! - Vintage vibes, comfortable and quiet accommodation/location, very bright and lovely flat, tasteful furniture and paintings, very friendly host! Nothing; perhaps a tiny improvement for the bathroom as the shower head is missing a holder ^_^
• Anita (10/5): A charming, perfectly stocked city gem - This flat has such a wonderful energy. I was immediately charmed by the original architecture paired with the spacious, modern design. The city views from the large windows are stunning, and the kitchen is fantastic—fully stocked with everything you need, from cookware to oils and spices. I wished I could have stayed longer. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it’s worth noting for others: the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift. You can also hear the city traffic when sitting on the wonderful balcony, but in my opinion, you don’t get a view like that without some city sounds!
• Emily (10/5): Exceptional Apartment. Wonderful stay! - Absolutely beautiful apartment with an attentive host. Susana made sure our every need was met and was very easy to communicate with. The apartment is well-equipped and perfect for a family with small children. The location is excellent, and the view is outstanding. Everything was excellent. Minor improvements that could be beneficial. The bedroom pillows could be a little more comfortable, and the toaster is not working well. Overall, everything was very good.

• Gianantonio (9/5): - Per chi arriva in treno ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi, il giorno prima dell'arrivo mi è arrivato il messaggio con il codice della cassetta porta chiavi tutto semplice senza nessun problema, la vista lago era spettacolare sia dalla camera, dal salotto e dal terrazzino, l'ambiente pulito, la cucina pratica, il bagno spazioso. Piccolo problema con Wi-Fi subito risolto messaggiando con l' host. L'appartamento Si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore ma per noi questo non è stato assolutamente un problema, Per un nostro eventuale ritorno a Lugano sicuramente sarà il primo posto che valuteremo.

The communication with the owner was easy and fluent, providing us with all the information and support before and during the stay, The cleanliness could be better in particularly in the bathroom. And some kitchen facilities need renovation.
• Eva (9/5): Amazing location, great spacious apartment - Excellent location, prepare yourselves to climb a lot of steps, but the view is worth it. Nice spacious apartment with 2 balconies, one overlooking the lake. A bit of repair in the bathroom would make it perfect.
