- Wayne (1/5): Freezing cold, tiny bed, run down, falling apart and extremely rude host - Good location in a nice part of London with easy access to the tube but the location to pickup and drop off the keys is really far away and inconvenient. Only other positive is the big TV in the living room. The place is really tired and run down. There's paint flaking off the walls and it didn't really look anywhere near as good as the photos. The radiator covers were falling of the walls, the kitchen was really old and run down and the bathroom was a bit gross. It looks like a landlord just threw some paint on the walls to try and rent it out as an Airbnb. The flat was freezing cold, even with the heating on and the bed is not a double but a 3/4 bed. My partner and I were staying with our 1 year old which was awful as the bed was tiny and the flat too cold for our little one. Worse of all, Fiona the host, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I set up my payment card on booking.com and was told it was declined. I tried another and it was also declined, despite all cards working absolutely fine. The host asked for a bank transfer which seemed really dodgy and when I refused she sent me a link to pay through a website instead of going through booking.com. The key pickup location is really far away from the house in a dodgy neighbourhood. For checkout, Fiona sent a message saying we needed a code for dropping off the key but did not provide the actual code. I messaged her and tried to phone her for the code as we had to leave early but got no response despite numerous attempts. When she finally got back to me she was really rude and demanded I return the key to the drop off location and told me to "read the message" and that "I was the only one causing problems" as if I was an idiot. For the price it's not worth it and there's plenty of better options around. I definitely won't be returning and would advise everyone tries somewhere else as its very tired, expensive, dodgy and the host is extremely rude.
- Richard (3/5): It was ok but property was freezing cold as heating very low and all windows open we arrived in - Key pick up area a 15 min walk from apartment and had to drop key back next day normal lock box or remote key entry would be far more convenient
Also owner didn’t provide correct key collection code do we were delayed
- Jason (5/5): Passable - Location
- Philippe (6/5): Pleasant - Price-quality balance is ok Small bed
- Simon (8/5): Overall very good small things would make a big difference - Nice and clean the front door lock was a bit tricky to open but all around quite good I think you could have left a few milk sachets maybe some coffee there so we could have made a drink
- Sarvesh (9/5): Meets expectations, only the key retrieval is a task. - Modern, new, clean with all the facilities, size also was good for me my wife and the kid. Value for money. Exactly as the photos. Bathroom was good sized with a bath tub and all the facilities. Good amenities. Everything taken care of. Kitchen stocked with an actual stove. Near the station. The process to take the key and drop back the keys is tedious, and the area from which the key has to be taken is a 15-20 mins walk from the appartment and the area is really shady. Bed was small as our 3 year old sleeps with us. Rest all . Top notch.

- Paul (9/5): Excellent Flat in a great location - Lovely clean bright and homely flat, nicely decorated and with all you need for a short stay. Great location for good cafes, pubs and restaurants. The distance between the flat and the ‘key nest’ location was mildly inconvenient - a 2km round trip. Less of an issue for a longer stay.
