• Jevgenijs (10/5): If we ever come to Rome with our family again, we will most likely stay there again - Wonderful apartments for family holidays in Rome. Clean and modern. Very friendly host. Having three separate bedrooms was very important for our family (with two adults and three kids). Quiet area with relatively close to the metro. Reaching the center was very easy and quick. Free parking for a car right in front of the house. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance and are much cheaper than in the center. There is nothing to add here.

Appartamento come da foto (se non meglio!), con tutti i servizi, il proprietario super disponibile ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin da subito consigliandoci i posti migliori. Complimenti a Tito per la gestione di questa struttura e per il modo di interagire con gli ospiti! L'unico neo sono i mezzi di Roma, purtroppo in quei giorni essendo chiusa la metro C ed essendo comunque lontani dal centro non è stato sempre agevole spostarsi.. ma ciò non toglie che con un bel po' di pazienza ci si riesce a spostare.
• Annie (9/5): We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. - It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the metro and from there it was easy to access the centre of Rome. There's also restaurants and supermarkets close by. The hosts were lovely!
• Jordan (10/5): All in all a perfect holiday in Rome which was made even better with us staying at this gorgeous apartment. - The property was spacious, clean & well equipped. A great, affordable way to stay in Rome. When we visit next time we would definitely stay here again. The hosts Tito & Sonia were very helpful & informative, answering our questions patiently & explaining how things worked. I think an information sheet would be helpful with details of services & telephone numbers & details of where restaurants & supermarkets are. You can get the metro into Rome very easily, the station is close - you can buy the tickets from the tabaconists & they are very cheap. The tickets also can be used on the bus & trams & the stops are very close too. The hosts are also on hand to arrange private transfers to & from the airport. There’s no lift & the keys to open the three different doors & gates when we left was awkward. We had to leave the keys on the table when we left which meant the three of us had to stand at the front door, gate at the front of the building & the gate to the front of the street to keep them open otherwise we would have been locked in & unable to get out. Perhaps a key box at the entry or inside the apartment block may help with a spare key?
