Facilities are working as advertised and staff are very easy to reach and accommodating via WhatsApp. We had a very nice stay and definitely recommend it.

While the location is central, the traffic congestion in th - The condo is new and clean, and basic utilities were provided. Its proximity to major attractions like TRX and Bukit Bintang is convenient. The car park was very confusing — there was no clear signage leading to the correct tower (C1), and it took us almost an hour to find the right lobby from B1. Inside the condo, there were no indicators on each floor to show unit numbers, which made it difficult to locate the unit. Additionally, only one bathroom was provided for 5 guests, and no complimentary coffee or tea was available. Netflix was listed but not accessible.

- Haizreen (6/5): Inconvenient parking spot but the stay was beautiful! - We loved the location of the building, the beautiful unit which was equipped with kitchen appliances like microwave, water filter, and pots etc. With a washing machine + dryer too. Pool was beautiful and the view from rooftop is spectacular. The guest parking is at the opposite end to where we stayed and we had to walk pretty far with our bags to the tower. Some of the lifts were malfunction and didn’t take us up. When you search the building’s name, it brings you to the back of the condo and you can’t even enter from there. Waze: 7 Jalan Delima, Kuala Lumpur (hope this helps). The unit and toilet smelled pretty awful when we first walked in; like a damp mop.

- Ling (9/5): Good experience - The building is impressive new, with some area still under renovation. The modern design of the room and facilities is fresh and everything feels clean and updated. Despite the ongoing work. The host was incredibly fast and polite in their response, providing excellent service. It would be great if the host provided complimentary coffee or tea, especially since there aren’t any convenient stores nearby. also with many parts of the building still under construction/renovation, the corridor can get quiet dusty as you walk through.
