• Jorge (8/5): - Parking a la puerta, céntrico. Las indicaciones para acceder al apartamento fueron tardías y un poco confusas, la información debía haberla tenido yo antes de llegar. Tarde así como 20 minutos en acceder al apartamento porque sobre la marcha me iba dando instrucciones. Me sentí a disgusto.

• Mario (10/5): - Vse je bilo kot sem pričakoval, urejeno, čisto, in blizu starega dela mesta tako , da sem peš lahko obiskal vse kar sem mislil. Hiša ima dvigalo in svoj parking kar je super. Zelo priporočam, jaz in soproga sva bila presenečena nad namestitvijo, hvala gostiteljem na sprejemu. Vse je bilo ok

• יונה גזית (9/5): - דירה יפה, ובסה"כ נעימה לשהייה, קרובה מרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה . הזמנו ברגע אחרון רוצה להאמין שזו הסיבה שהדירה לא היתה כל כך נקייה במיוחד לא היה נעים לשבת במרפסת. חשוב לציין שבדירה אכן יש מזגן אך לא בחדר השינה.

• Antonia (3/5): - Местоположението е добро и тихо. Апартаментът е изключително мръсен. Разтегателният диван не е удобен, по средата е хлътнал и няма как да спи повече от един човек. Спалнята е персон и половина. Липсват всякакъв вид консумативи, пантофите са втора употреба, няма течен сапун, паяжини по стените, не е поддържано изобщо. Няма чиста гъба за миене на чиниите, няма дори и кафе.

• Gonzalo (9/5): Excelente estancia en Plovdiv - Muy bien ubicado. El apartamento está cuidado y bien decorado, con todas las comodidades. Dispone de una terraza y un balcón. Descansar en la terraza tras todo el día de turismo es un lujo. Nos prestaron parking al lado del portal y dispone de ascensor. El aire acondicionado solo está en el salón y no enfriaba suficiente para llegar al dormitorio…hacía mucho calor para dormir

• James (9/5): Clean apartment with friendly hosts in a great location - The apartment is in a great location, just on the edge of the old town. The main centre of Plovdiv is just a few minutes walk away and you can go around the edge of the old town hill if you don't want to walk over it :) The keys were easy to find, and the elevator in the building was useful as the apartment is on the 5th floor - nice views across the town from the balcony. The kitchen had most things you'd need, and the host replied quickly with questions. The only thing that could be improved was the water pressure for the shower, it was quite low. But the temperature was fine. Also a warning (and not the fault of the apartment!) as my rental car was medium size I originally parked on the street in front of the assigned garage. But I got a parking ticket 😢 So after that I parked in front of the garage door even though I blocked the sidewalk. But no more tickets...

It does have all the appliances you need. There are almost none things that I do not like about the property. The one and only thing is that the water pressure in the apartment is very low.

• Borut (8/5): Very nice, modern apartment, ideal for a short stay in the city! - The apartment was really modern, located on a quiet, isolated street, so we didn't have to deal with the typical city noise and traffic. The balcony offers a nice view, which is a great perk. The apartment itself seems very well-maintained and up-to-date. Overall, this is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, private place to stay that's still conveniently located. Strongly recommended! The one inconvenience was a broken table, which could have been a serious issue if we had not noticed it and avoided putting anything heavy on it. The real problem, however, was with the bathroom shower - the water pressure was quite poor, likely due to some maintenance work being done. We were even without water for a period of time, though for a short stay this was not a major issue.

Private parking slot in an easy-to-park location just in front of the main entrance. The best place during our whole stay in Bulgaria! Nothing, everything was perfect.

Attempted to contact the owner multiple times - no communication or response. In addition, upon arrival, no details regarding the apartment were sent until I had to message instructions on how to obtain the keys and gain access into the apartment. It's a shame because the apartment generally was very nice

• Анжела (5/5): Looks good but it’s not comfortable - Easy check in and a clean, nicely furnished apartment There wasn’t any toilet paper which I have no words for!! The floor is tile and SUPER cold, the is no AC in the bedroom, only a small portable heater that doesn’t do much, we were cold the whole time. The bed is very low, the toilet needs to be fixed because it wont stop running by itself and the water pressure is also very low, you can barely shower.

• Laura (10/5): Amazing apartment with a few tiny hiccups - Very nice location, everything within walking distance. It is very clean and complete. Kind host! Even let us parked the car after check-out so very nice! Luckily for us there was a review where was written that the keys where in the mailbox, because we as well missed check-in instructions. We called the host but she missed it, she called back after 5 minutes so nevertheless we managed! :) The water pressure is not that good, so it took me a while to shower and wash my hair etc.
• Annabelle (8/5): New and Stylish - New and stylish. Well equipped kitchen. Small grocery shop close by with all the basics. Uncluttered. Very near the old town walks and museums, art galleries. Fast Internet. Needs mosquito nets on windows, balcony door. Bed too low for me.

It was clean and comfortable, there is a park place for the apartment which is also great. I recommend the stay. The shower water pressure was very weak, washing woman’s hair would be impossible but I guess this was just our luck for the days we stayed.

• Nadezhda (6/5): overall pleasant stay - the location is great, only about 10 mins away from the city centre. also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a coffee. the apartment smelled really nice and clean :) quiet location, shops nearby it wasn’t really stocked for a 4 day stay no kitchen towels - had to use one of the towels provided for showering. the toilet needs to be banged for it to stop running water. would be nice to have some more hangers for the rail (there were two) there isn’t a washing machine

• Ben (8/5): Spacious, new apartment in great location. - Pros: - great value for money - good location easy walking to Old Town, art precinct and shops - private parking on site - spacious with well-equipped kitchen - nice balcony with sun most of the day Things to improve (seems to be a new apartment so I’m sure this will happen): - better instructions for check-in (we found the keys in the letterbox despite no instructions) - correct wifi password on arrival (we went a night without wifi, roaming data is expensive) - shower soap (only hand soap available) However, overall an excellent apartment we’d recommend to stay in!
