- Gleb Belov (9/5): Идеальное место для посещения выставочного комплекса. - Если Вы рассматриваете данный отель как место проживания во время посещения выставки, то расположение идеально. Буквально за десять минут неспешным шагом Вы дойдёте до выставочного центра. Плюсы: 1. Хороший WiFi; 2. Достойный завтрак; 3. Современный, приятный интерьер. С моей личной точки зрения, стоимость проживания в этом отеле высоковата. Других минусов я не заметил.

- Inna (6/5): It did not look or feel like 4 star hotel, not a good value for money. - Bed was comfortable, that's it. Breakfast can be much better for the 5 star hotel. Not a wide choice, slow coffee machines, not enough capacity to fit guests, you have to wait for a table for quite some time to be seated. There are some fitness equipment provided in the room, but there's no space to use it. So it meaningless. Also tea/coffee selection in the room can be improved.

As a result, I stuck in an unventilated room with no proper air-conditioning for four nights.

Asi que ya ire reservando mi habitacion por tercer año consecutivo para el CIIE 2026 Pues no estoy segura; talvez mejorar la informacion para usar el servicio de lavado y planchado de ropa.

- Haile (9/5): great - I like the room layout, the yoga accessories, the room design. The working table is spacious, and the internet speed was excellent. The hotel people are supportive and friendly. It is good to have a translator apps for complicated enquiries, if you don't speak Chinese At check-in, guests are provided with a toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste. However, these were not available during our last night. They can likely be requested from reception, though it may not seem worth calling for such a minor item. The breakfast price, at RMB 90, feels quite high. For international travelers, it’s worth noting that the electrical outlets have limited compatibility. You will need to bring your own adapter, or you can purchase one from the automatic vending machine available at the lobby for about RMB 120.

- Osman Göçen (9/5): Shangai Fuarına gidersem tekrar kalabilirim , Shangai şehir merkezine ve restaurantlara uzak. - Çok temiz, Güzel bir hotel ,Birçok Avrupa ülkesinde , hatta Japonya , Kore, Amerika da kaldım bu fiyatta bu kalite de hotel de kalmadım. Temiz, harika ve bol çeşitli kahvaltı , rahatlığımız için her şey düşünülmüş idi. Shangai Fuar alanına 15-20 dk. yürüyüş mesafesinde. Telefonum ile wifi bağlantısı kuramadım, resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar , lakin kaldığım sürece wifi hizmetinden yararlanamadım. Diğer hoşuma gitmeyen taraf , resepsiyondaki görevli arkadaş check in saatine kadar beni odama almadı , hiç esneklik göstermedi. Hotel yakınlarında küçük bir market var , lakin restaurant bulunmuyor.

- Junior (1/5): Experiência horrível, a função do hotel é orientar o hóspede principalmente de outro pais. - Cheguei a estação de Hongqiao, peguei o endereço do hotel no Booking e coloquei no app Didi. para minha supressa o endereço nos levou a outro lugar. Liguei para o hotel para que algum atendente falasse em chinês co o motorista. Tive que ligar DIVERSAS vezes e apenas duas vezes o motorista conseguiu falar com algum atendente. Chegando ao hotel fui coagido pelos próprios atendentes a pagar um extra POR FORA do aplicativo pelo atraso na chegada do carro. Falei que pagaria pelo app porem não aceitaram e tive que pagar 100 RMB por fora. Pedi para chamar a policia e não me atenderam. Paguei pois estava em outro país. Depois tive que sair para levar um colega até o aeroporto e quando abri o app do Didi tinha a cobrança extra da demora. Fui literalmente ROUBADO pela própria recepção do hotel. NUNCA mais vou a este hotel
