• Marion (10/5): Vue magnifique et grand appartement - Vue magnifique, calme et espace. Terrasse avec table et chaises. Grande salle de bain avec douche + baignoire. L'essentiel pour cuisiner est là. Le canapé du salon pourrait être plus confortable pour dormir. Il pourrait y avoir des poêles plus qualitatives pour cuisiner.
• Daniela (9/5): Wir kommen wieder. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Super Seeblick. Zwei Minuten zum Bahnhof. Strand, Rad- und Fußweg direkt vor der Haustür. Spielplatz für die Kinder war zu Fuß auch nicht weit weg. Die Küche war sauber und gut ausgestattet. -

• Gzim (3/5): Déçu, pas fermé l'œil de la nuit. - La vue sur le lac. Déjà j'ai exprès payé plus cher pour louer un séjour avec du personnel pour l'accueil et guider pour l'installation. On s'est retrouvé sans personne, avec une adresse différente pour aller chercher la clé dans café et après me rendre a l'appartement !! Donc personne était présent sur place, effectivement, j'avais eu un message qui était parfaitement expliqué comment faire. J'avais téléphoné dans le stress par ce que je ne trouvait pas le lieu et la personne était malheureusemnet trop occupée (bébé qui pleurait, je peux comprendre) pour me répondre et me disait qu'il fallait que je relise le message qu'elle m'avait envoyé. Hormis ceci le personnel du café qui n'est pas du tout sûr le même lieu, mais pas très loin non plue était super et accueillant. Le pire c'est que nous n'avons pas fermé l'œil de la nuit, nous avions le train qui passé toutes les 30 minutes et on avait l'impression qu'il était dans la chambre, tellement qu'on entendait tout. Chaque fois qu'on bougeait dans le lit, il faisait un bruit pas possible, donc malheureusement la qualité n'est plus à jour.

• Abo (10/5): 1000 % war alles super - Guten Abend, wirklich die Wohnung war so sauber. Küche war alles drin. Sogar Kaffee schöne Blick sehr sehr sehr sauber. Die Besitzer war so nett ich hab ihm paarmal angerufen und immer hat sie gesagt kannst du mir jederzeit anrufen und fragen ich empfehle alle meine Bekannten wer Fahrten nach Lindau in der Nähe dann reservieren bei diese Wohnung ich persönlich ich gehe immer dort ab heute. Danke Alles war tipptopp

• Priscilla (6/5): locatie top, gebouw en appt netjes, maar de eigenaresse en het contact ermee was verschrikkelijk slecht! - de locatie aan het meer is echt voortreffelijk slecht ontvangst. matige informatie. we hadden dit via booking last minute geboekt omdat we na een rit van 8 uur wel toe waren aan een stop. echter na de bevestiging van het boeken bleef info uit. o.a. geen huisnummer, waardoor we bij een hotel op het zelfde adres wilden inchecken, daar werden we weggestuurd. gebeld met de eigenaresse die pittig reageerde dat ze me een mail zou sturen met de gegevens telefonische wilde ze geen info verstrekken. de mail kwam maar niet, dus nogmaals moeten bellen. vervolgens zou ze een app sturen. ook die kwam niet. uiteindelijk wel en ja hoor een hele lange lap tekst via sms , met allerlei info en voornamelijk waarschuwingen en wat niet mag kwam binnen. zo ook het huisnummer en welk appartement het was. keurig net gebouw, heel rustig en netjes. echter eenmaal binnen; een slaapbank gedekt in de woonkamer, geen fatsoenlijke inrichting, geen tv en geen wifi. wederom gebeld en geappt met de eigenaresse. die reageerde weer uiterst stekelig en geïrriteerd: dat er nu eenmaal verschillende mensen zijn, zij ook maar een alleenstaande moeder is, ik tekort van te voren had geboekt, ze druk was met haar kinderen en dat ik de mail met instructies maar goed moest lezen. heel gedoe erna over de wifi; die stond uit en was verstopt achter de bank en gelukkig is mijn man technisch, dus opgelost. maar daarna begon de dame steeds berichten te sturen dat ze borstvoeding aan het geven was en ik haar stress opleverde en dat was niet goed. allerlei vage berichten en ik heb het maar even genegeerd. leuk was het niet, daar het appt verder prachtig was en mooi lag aan het meer. enkel feedback voor deze dame: wellicht kun je je als host meer verplaatsen in je gasten en vragen of ze een goede reist hadden en of alleen naar wens is. de instructie mail zou ik als tip geven: pas hem aan: en geef alle don’ts van te voren aan. dan bedenken mensen/ gasten zelf wel of ze dit appt boeken.
• Wiesław (9/5): Rewelacyjne miejsce na wypoczynek polecam serdecznie. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, Osobiście mnie zauroczył nasz taras duży osłonięty z pięknym widokiem na jezioro. Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Łóżka to jak zwykle osobiste odczucia dzieci chwaliły bardzo dla mnie za miękkie ;-)
• Marjoein van Groen (8/5): Prachtig van alle gemakken voorzien appartement met geweldig uitzicht op de Bodensee - Het appartement ligt direct aan de Bodensee, waarop je vanaf het ruime balkon een schitterend uitzicht hebt. Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken; vaatwasser, oven , magnetron, elektrich koken en meer dan voldoende keukengerei. Op het balkon staat een tafel met stoelen en een ligbed. Badkamer en douche zijn gescheiden en de bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. De achterkant van het complex ligt direct aan de spoorbaan, waardoor lichte slapers ondanks de gesloten ramen 's nachts de treinen wel horen. Deze treinen rijden de hele nacht door. De woonkamer binnen is minimalistisch ( bank, eettafel en stoelen, lamp en lege kast) ingericht, waardoor het er wat ongezellig uitziet. Tip voor de eigenaar die in zijn welkomsmail een melding maakt over muggen. een hordeur plaatsen bij de toegang naar het balkon zou een oplossing zijn. Wij hebben geen muggenoverlast gehad.

• Aniko (10/5): Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert! - Die Unterkunft hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage – einfach perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See, der ganzen Tag zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den privaten Strand, der nie überfüllt war, sowie den eigenen Parkplatz, was die Anreise sehr bequem gemacht hat. Außerdem sind der Schiffsanlegesteg "Am Kaiserstrand" (von der Bodeseeschifffahrt anfahren) und der Bahnhof in nur 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, was die Lage noch idealer macht. -

• Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr6 (9/5): Superb - The view from the appartement is beautifull and since we wanted to enjoy the lake, the place was perfect. I really recommend the area. The appartment is new and modern...a little too modern since I was unable to put some air conditionning with the technology. It wasn't an issue though, the appartment was cold enough. The beds are really good. I would have enjoyed a bed side table on m'y side. Apart from that all was good

• Sara (8/5): A wonderful place to stay, that can use some improvement on its approach to hospitality. - The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a great location, no doubt. It would have been nice if the full address of the property was on the site, so we wouldn't have to search so much to find it. Also, we reiceved a very long list of instructions and restrictions on arrival - some came off as pedantic and quite irregular (no shoes in the apartment, no hair in the sink etc. etc). As frequent and loyal guests in Booking properties we appreciate a more generous approach to hospitality, and found this off-putting. Note that the washing machine is not in the apartment but rather in the basement of the building and costs extra.
• Ursula (9/5): stunning view - The flat is in a perfect location, stunning view, check in was easy and well organised. We also got an email with all the relevant info, including about transport, shops... in the area the day before our arrival. Whilst the living room is really spacious, I felt there was a lack of furniture and also equipment. The room would have been large enough for a second couch (apart from the one we used for sleeping) or maybe a shelf or cupboard. The kitchen equipment was also rather limited. We really enjoyed our stay however it could be so much more comfortable if only there were a couple of extra plates, pots and pans as well as more furniture.
