My family loved the stay very much and we were sad to leave. It is the best accommodation we had in Sydney. Nothing!

IPad in the flat with every single information from check in to check out over restaurants and sight seeing near by. Perfect clean. No AC at the both bed rooms but with open doors no problem at 34 degrees outside. Ventilators are also available if needed.

Very well appointed with all those just in case items there if you need them. Kitchen had everything and more than you expect. The unit had a great outlook looking down the harbour, best place to view the fireworks on NYE. Easy to get tram and trains, put the car away and use public transport. Highly recommend this unit from Cal.

The toiletries in the bathrooms were luxurious, the beds very comfortable and the living area very nice. My husband really enjoyed watching all the shipping movements from the balcony. Location was excellent. Just 2 minutes walk to the light rail service. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a few days in Newcastle Whats not to like. Couldn't find fault with anything.

The best and favourite part of the place was that it was extremely clean and had all the things you would have in your own home. Walked into the apartment, and it felt new and looked after. Wished bond was taken automatically through bookings website or eftpos. I'm not a great fan of giving card details to a third-party website. Apart from that everything was perfect for our group of 3.

Host gives very easy instructions to follow. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean, the view was great especially when the sailing boats are out. When in one of the bedrooms you can hear the water from the apartment above.

It is in a good location, close to the train station and although in a high-population area with apartments, was very quiet and close to a variety of dining out options. It’s comfortable and fresh, with modern decor without being fussy. It had everything we needed for our short two-night stay and would definitely suit us for a longer stay too as it has full kitchen and laundry facilities. It had plenty of added extras such as a generous selection of coffee pods and other consumables like tissues, toiletries, etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had comfortable and practical balcony furniture that made it a nice outdoor spot to sit. The carpark is small (as is accurately described in the booking information) but I parked my smaller SUV in the space with care and had no problem. Nothing negative, it suited our needs perfectly

The amenities were excellent with a personal hand written note welcoming us along with chocolate treats. The proximity to the Yacht Club, restaurants and train and tram interchange was fabulous. If No 7, Wickam Street is chosen it take you right to the place. We had trouble locating the apartment. Was walking around the apartment for about 10 mins and finnaly with a call to the Owner, we managed to locate the place. Everything else was perfectly done. House rule, everything is set. Very tidy place and owner has paid attention to all details. Only the start locating the apartment.

My mum uses a walking frame and she managed this easily. The apartment had lovely walk in showers once again great for my elderly parents. Despite being by railway it was really quiet. • Cynthia (8/5): Beautiful place but I want my money released - It was beautiful clean and comfortable wanted $100 at the last minute and told me to use a credit card . I was unhappy as you had card details and I’d paid in full for the accomodation. I said Id give it on arrival as not happy in case it was a scam.. But on arrival, only reception was via messages, so I gave card details. A week later, my bank account days transaction still pending. I want that money, so release it and stop the funny business.
