The apartment was on the second floor of a beautiful old building, two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and two Juliet balconies. The apartment had high ceilings and was very modern and beautifully furnished. The photos do not do it justice. Highly recommend it. Very good value for money. Nothing!

Our host who was inside, left us standing for 10 minutes outside in the rain before she appeared with the keys. WhatsApp messages had led us to believe she would be waiting at the point where we got off the water taxi. Communication needs to be better.

The only issue was a "walk into" the elevator glass door as it is so clean, and the person was not aware it needed to be opened. I noticed in reviews others noted this.

Lots of restaurants nearby, the vaporetto stop was super close, and it was easy to walk anywhere. What a special way to experience the beauty of Venice!! We had minor glitches at check-in and check-out. All was sorted out fine in the end, but perhaps communication could have been a little better.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Pleasant - The location and the views.. The apartment looked modern and very pretty plenty or restaurants and walking distance to many places. They told us the AC was broken by the previous renter, that was the most disappointing part. The stay was expensive so you would expect to have had the AC working or at least have somebody come over to try to fix it. It was hot and if we left the windows opened we were attacked by mosquitos. Extra pillows would be nice to have. One of the master bedroom the floor is very noisy so definitely can hear when when somebody gets up to use the bathroom.

We started our 10 day trip with 2 nights at this place and it was hard to top. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Hosts were very helpful and check-in was very easy. Highly recommend! Nothing!
