- Zoe (2/5): Disappointing and unsanitary. - Only positive was the location. Throughout our stay, we experienced a significant cockroach infestation across the apartment. When we first raised this with the host, it was initially dismissed, and on the second occasion we were advised that pest control would only be arranged after our stay.
Cockroaches were present in every room, including the kitchen, fridge area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and even among our personal belongings and clothing. We were repeatedly required to deal with and dispose of them throughout our stay.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the only resolution offered was a refund of the cleaning fee. We did not receive adequate support or understanding from either the host or Booking.com, which left us with no option but to escalate the matter further, as the condition of the property was not at an acceptable standard for accommodation.

Great location and great view.
Big thank you to the owner and the manager. I liked everything just one issue is the apartment has only one key. It is a bit inconvenient when there are multiple adults and want to have separate plans.

- Keeley (1/5): A misleading listing, a chaotic check-in, and zero accountability from the host — an absolute disaster from start to fin - Absolutely nothing - didn’t get the chance to find out. Absolutely appalling experience. Key collection was a logistical nightmare — buried in a 10+ page instruction manual and located on the other side of a major highway, costing us over 30 minutes in traffic and parking. Once we finally located the building (poorly described in the listing), we were escorted off the premises by casino security due to my partner’s self-exclusion. Nowhere was it disclosed that the property is on casino grounds — a critical omission.
We returned the keys immediately without entering the room and contacted the host to resolve the issue. Despite clearly explaining the situation and their lack of transparency, we were met with copy-paste responses about a cancellation policy that didn’t even apply. $600 gone for a stay we never even accessed.
Avoid this property purely based on how unprofessionally and dismissively the host handled a completely avoidable situation

Beds were not overly comfortable. Only supplied minimal amounts - e.g one pillow per guest, one towel per guest, no extra blankets, one dishwasher tablet for two nights. Mop/broom broken. Had to collect/return keys to different location.

I send it to them as a digital which is mentioned everything in my credit card card number card name expiry everything they want they refuse it. They say they from different account which they already took a 400 from my account and I paid them from different account another $400 so all in total I pay them deposit $800 they says we release the other $400. I’ve been hold that week not receive it. I spoke to my bank. My bank said no they not release it and they done investigation now about the other $400 where it’s got include enter. The property was very dirty dust everywhere kitchen oily not been cleaned properly. I told the girl who spoke to me on the phone. From the first time. I entered the room. I called her by the phone and I told her the room is dirty. She keeps asking me to send her photos and see her photo Through her email and her mobile number she didn’t listen. She keeps saying I send the cleaner already. They clean it before you entered. I told her no we are four people notice. The room is not clean. The bed is dirty. There is marks in the bed covers under the bed. There is heaps of rubbish And the kitchen oily and after I left I cleaned everything I have proof of photos. I work as a cleaner for them and I told her that on the phone and I have record of each call between me and her. I told her I am not your cleaner. I clean all the unit for you. I don’t vacuum and mop and wiping all the kitchen area and she wasn’t happy so she didn’t belong to Booking.com. I should just kick her out and send me a couple of photos. There is white washing machine powder on the floor? She said this is dirt and I have a Photos when I left there is nothing on the floor.
