Bruce (1/5): This stay was terrible - The beds and all the fixtures in the house were very clean and polished It had no air-conditioning and they refused to send anybody over to fix it. They had me trying things with a manager rather than a technical person. And this continued for close to four hours before I got tired and we decided to just sleep through the heat. We moved the next day to another unit which again had air conditioning problems.

Oscar (5/5): My stay was fairly okay. - The house was generally clean and quiet. Close to the shops Their staff or customer service is below average. I highly advise they employ people who can speak English and communicate better.
Kim (7/5): Complex check-in process - Cooking facilities and location was what I needed The process after booking to provide photo ID, photo of credit card, selfie, etc, etc was way too extensive and troublesome, especially for a business booking. I will not book again due to the trouble this took.
Lindy (10/5): Great stay. Close to public transport and easy access to city. - So clean with plenty of space. Ammenities were close and property provided everything we needed.
Rosemary (8/5): Very good - House was in a great location, close to shops, quiet place to stay, very clean and tidy. Was very surprised with all the toiletries that were supplied. The air conditioning in the bedrooms would turn off during the night making it very hot, as there were no fans. Couldn’t work out how to stop this from happening.
