• Luigi (8/5): - Use of the pontoon for our boat. For us, this was the deciding factor. The overall experience was great. Spacious, good location. No bbq, would have liked to have been told that there is no space to turn a boat and trailer around but then perhaps not many people use the pontoon. Toxic old non-stick cookware, prefer stainless. Driveway is not ideal but that cant be helped.

• SHAHEEN (10/5): It was very peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings - Had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for sightseeing Need some chairs for elderly people’s . Not the relaxing chair all the time. Some family members are elderly that’s why. This will be just my opinion. You don’t have to.

• Raymond (9/5): All good - Great location Trouble with TV remotes (batteries) As an observation - First level, south facing bathroom was limited with top space. Large wall cupboard is pretty much useless’ it looks nice but space would be better used as a cupboard / top for ladies to use for toiletries etc
• L M H (10/5): BEAUTIFUL will return! - The location was good, the size was good, it was very spacious for our stay. The canal backs onto the surfers pavilion which was cool. The views were so pretty and the house itself was lovely. Lots of stairs but thats just for my personal reasons haha but in saying that, it is not wheelchair or walking stick/chair friendly.
• ali (10/5): - If your a family looking to go to surfers paradise look no further 5-10 min walk from the main resturants in surfers,lovely for value lovely for a big family and most of all if you like a city view absolutely breathtaking, waterfront view, can fish for the father's at noght if you like some time off lastly kynan was a gentleman and answered all our questions and so of his wife was very helpful will definitely be back for my next trip to the goldcoast!!

• Silvia (8/5): An absolute stunner of a house in the best part of Surfers Paradise! A must stay for anyone enjoying the finer things in - A stunning home in a fabulous location within walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The house was flooded with sunlight, presenting beautiful views during day over canals and at night the colourful skyline of Surfers Paradise! The bedrooms were all of very generous size, two of them with stunning water views and their own bath tubs! The bedding was comfortable and crisp. The pool temperature just perfect for that late night dip, soaking up the stunning views! A nice touch was some toast etc ready for us to use, which was much welcomed. As a lover of art, I admired the stunning indigenous artwork on display in the house-a true feast for the eye! Nil dislikes
• QIMING (10/5): good place. will chose it next time if come with a friends family. - good location and good view. very clean and easy to access i wish the owner can pay attention to the stair case, especially the few which connect to the ground floor. as no sign, kind of will mis step and cause falling, especially for old people

• Danielle (10/5): The best place I have ever stayed at for a holiday - I loved walking into the villa, each room had its own different vibe to it, the host was excellent with communication, he’s very friendly and nice, I am actually planning on organising another weekend at this villa this year. I’ve gone away on holidays a lot over the years but I can honestly say this has been my favourite stay out of everywhere. I loved that we could all stay in the one place, every area of the house had a different feel to it. When I have gone on holidays it’s always just been a place to sleep after going out, but that’s not how I felt while staying at the villa, I actually enjoyed being there, the waters edge was beautiful as was the balcony. Honestly I didn’t like that we weren’t there for longer.

• Brad (10/5): Exceptional house, views and location. The ultimate in a luxury vacation house. - Wonderful house, amazing location. The night time views are simply wow! Whilst we wanted to stay in surfers Paradise, we didn’t want to stay right in the hustle and bustle, so this house was perfect for us, with a home vibe, instead of a hotel. Heated pool was a nice touch. Beds are very comfortable as were the pillows. 4 levels of luxury so our friends and family members had places to get away for privacy. We had 4 cars, and there was never an issue for parking, and it’s free. Kynan’s message when we booked had all info we needed, very clear and easy. We will be back next year, thanks !

The kitchen has an indoor outdoor feel which is great Every room has a smart TV and individual A/C Highly recommend this place Love Love Love it

Beautiful vibes inside with more plants than the photos show. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, every room had a balcony with an outlook.
