• DANIELAA1 (8/5): Una coppia - Appartamento semplice ma carino. C'è l'occorrente che può servire per un soggiorno breve.Il prezzo è giusto. Lo abbiamo scelto per la zona, perché abbiamo una figlia che vive nel quartiere. Quindi posizione ottima per noi. Torneremo di sicuro. Grazie .

• Paola Francesca (4/5): abbastanza deludente - la posizione era abbastanza comoda per la fiera e in zona ci sono molti ristoranti zona abbastanza silenziosa per essere Milano città la stanza e il bagno puzzavano di umido e di chiuso, molto molto forte. Non c'èra neppure un bollitore per farsi un the la sera. il cosidetto balcone era pieno di mozziconi, cacche di uccello e il motore dell'aria condizionata quindi non è un plus da menzionare, oltre as esser minuscolo.

• Sára (8/5): - Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a metró és a villamos. Tiszta volt és rendezett. Alapvetően rendben volt, egy kis hűtő jó lett volna, ha van az apartmanban.

• Martina (7/5): Soggiorno tranquillo - Stanza con bagno, semplice, accogliente e in ottima posizione. Il tutto non è niente di che, stanza semplice con letto, comodini e un piccolo mobile per sistemare i vestiti, bagno piccolino e un po' trasandato con doccia. Ideale per passarci 1 o al massimo due notti. Posizionata proprio all'ingresso dei Navigli e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Romolo, tutto sommato comoda. Condominio eccellente, tranquillo e sicuro. Darei una sistematina al bagno...

• Annabella (6/5): Hyvä sijainti, mutta huone vähän epäsiisti - Sijainti oli hyvä. Asunto vastasi kuvausta ja onneksi siellä oli ilmastointi. Asunto oli melko likainen. Lattialla käveli pieniä muurahaisia tms. ötököitä. Todella vanha suihku ja kaikki siivoustarvikkeet vessassa ns. piilossa oven takana.

• Francesco (1/5): Poor Conditions and Inaccurate Description - The only good thing about the place was its fairly decent location. The toilet bowl was broken, the sink was leaking, and the bathroom was generally unclean. We even found long hair in the shower. The water pressure was extremely weak. The so-called 'studio' was very cramped, and there was no kitchen. Overall, I wouldn’t consider it a studio. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience.
• Viktor (7/5): Good for 1 night stay - Was good for one night stay. Clear instructions. Cleaness was ok. To improve: Change toilet lid with one that fits Clean black mold from shower cabin sliding door. (There was no moldy smell, but shower cabin door was not clean)

• Krndicova (1/5): I do not recommend. Not worth. - Communication with host. Only thing that was good about the apartment was the heater. It was very warm. Where should I even begin. The worst thing in this ‘studio’ is the toilet seat. It does not fit and you don’t know if you are going to fall in the toilet. There is not even hand soap, but cleaning stuff is placed in the middle of the bathroom. It is advertised as a studio with balcony, but balcony is useless and there is no room. The are no kitchen appliences and utensils. Matress does not fit into bed frame. There is double bed cover and not two separate ones. Boiler is placed in bedroom and makes a lot of loud noise. It is probably broken, because water flows in phases- hot one and cold one. Water pressure is very low. Bedding was clean, but there was hair is shower and shower did not look it was cleaned because there was even empty bottle of shampoo left. Broken furniture and dirty walls.

• James (5/5): Needs a refresh - Easy self-check-in. Responsive host. Cool aircon. Metro station within 10 minutes' walk. Free on-street parking 15 minutes' walk. Unusually early checkout expected: 0930. Bathroom fittings dated. Waste bin too small for a two-night stay. Hot water not very reliable (unsure why as there was a gas boiler in the hallway and it looked like an instant one). Only one pillow each. Shutter broken and curtains very thin so not dark enough.

• Marija (6/5): Nice, but not worth the money - The location was good, and it was very clean, great coffee bar in the street, very close to metro station, and just couple of stations with tram to Duomo, 2 minutes from Navigli. The description on Booking is not realistic, it is not a studio, but just a sleeping room with a bathroom and a separate entrance. There is no coffee machine, not even a glass nor a cup… The balcony is not a real balcony, just place for air conditioner. It would be good just to have some glasses and cups for future guests, maybe coffee machine and some water, in order to make future stays more comfortable.
• Pelin (8/5): Cosy room - Location is excellent and safe. It’s near the grande canal. Spacious and light-filled room. We were in March, heating was the perfect. The room is usefull for the living many days. Towels were very old. Check out time is so early, at 09:30. There is no kitchen and kettle. The balcony is not usefull.
• Sanja (9/5): Divan studio blizu centra - Great studio apartment in an excellent location, just a few tram stops away from the city center. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Check-in is scheduled after 4:00 PM and check-out by 9:30 AM, but the host is very kind and will try to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended We loved everything, it would be useful to have an electric kettle in the studio.

• Mabel (7/5): Good location, clean safe place. No balcony and no kitchen. - It’s clean and location feels safe and great restaurant beneath the studio. The title is misleading, the balcony is for hosting air conditioner, it’s not a balcony you can go out onto…. It’s not a studio, it doesn’t have a cooking area, it’s just a bedroom and a toilet…

• Netta (10/5): Exceptional - The owner of the house was amazing and helpful and easy the reach out. Place was near metro station and buss stops. Place is also 7 minutes walking distance by Navigli riverside. So calm area and nice park next to it. Booking.com sites told that in this apartment has kitchen, living room and bed- and path room and space for 4 people, but in reality there was only bed room for 2 person and bath room. So that was not okay. Who ever this makes this writing, please fix it please.
