• Katarzyna (4/5): Niewielkim zaangażowaniem ze strony właścicieli i lokal byłby idealnym, klimatycznym miejscem w LA - Lokalizacja ok. Standard domu nie był wysoki, ale cena też nie była wygórowana, więc wysokich oczekiwań nie miałam. Bilard w salonie pozwalał na przyjemne spędzenia czasu razem ze znajomymi. W domu było wszystko co potrzeba, jednak bardzo zaniedbane. Gdyby gospodarze zadbali o czystość i kilka drobiazgów (np wymiana materacy, wspomnianej patelni) byłby to idealny lokal na krótki wypad. W tym domu nikt nie dba o czystość. Wszystko się klei a kurz tonami zalega na żaluzjach, wiatraku i innych miejscach. Udostępnione patelnie wołają, "nic na mnie nie rób, bo się otrujesz". Fajnie wyposażony ogródek, jednak ze względu na ohydnie brudne poduszki nie korzystaliśmy z niego, czego bardzo żałuję.

• diana (10/5): - Family friendly rental home in the heart of LA! The location was perfect. Attractions, sight seeing and airport were all within reasonable distance. Home was welcoming and clean when we arrived. Owner had great communication from beginning to end. Neighborhood was quiet and safe! Would recommend to others. Nothing negative to say. We enjoyed our stay!

• Qichen (9/5): We had a great time staying at this beautiful house. - The property is beautifully decorated. The heating is good and the neighbors are quiet so we had a great sleeping at night though travelled on a cold Feb. Parking is easy along the adjacent road. Household appliances are a little bit old.
• Kip (10/5): Perfect location/house for a family visit to LA! - I feel bad that it took me so long to do this review because I got sick after our trip but the house was fantastic. We switched from a hotel at the last second and it was the best idea. The house was perfect for a family with lots of space for all of us. We loved the old school style and fun art and other touches plus the awesome bathrooms. We didn’t actually cook in the location, although they they had plenty of supplies if we wanted to. But apparently, for our children, we only returned to Los Angeles to eat fast food. Dining table was perfect enough! The location was central to everything and a short drive from the airport when we were tired. Beds super comfortable and tons of closet space for longer stays. I mean the location had everything that you would want for a family. They had a gaming table and an old school Nintendo, television, etc.. Nothing bad except making sure you actually read their detailed directions to figure out how things work because we were so tired the first night we didn’t turn on the heat and were a little chilly.

• Sherrie (5/5): Adorable house, but so many things are broken: stove/oven, garage door is duct taped and wouldn’t open all the way, - The master bathroom shower, main living area and office. The house smelled like gas the entire stay. Constantly had to open windows. The old stove is adorable, but a true hazard. The pilot lights had been turned off which meant gas was leaking through them making a stinky house upon arrival. Then, we had no way to cook other than the low functioning microwave. We then went to grill and there was no coal or propane anywhere. When the pilot lights/gas were turned on, the stove top was a burn hazard - crazy hot all of the time. We chose to stay in a house, so we could do most of our cooking - cooking everything for a family in a cheap microwave was a disaster.

• Scott (4/5): Disappointing - Upon arrival there was a very strong smell from the previous guests. We had booked a two day stay so every time we got back to the property we could smell the stench. I contacted the host David who did get back to me quickly but ultimately was not able to help. When I left the property the cleaner arrived and they even walked in and said wow that's a strong smell of smoke. Unfortunately, before writing this review I attempted to get some sort of goodwill payment but have received nothing to date almost 6 weeks later. Location was great but overall a terrible experience as sadly the previous guests had stunk the place put by smoking in the house.

My feet were dirty after walking at home without a shoes and my husband white socks black., also garden cushion were dirty. Will be great if the host will offer coffee and tea for the guests like in every other house I've rented. Overall good impression.

• Shanay (4/5): This stay had me dissapointed - The location was perfect we wasn't to far from Universal studios or the Airport. this actually worked out extremely well. The home wasn't clean the shower in the bigger bathroom was filthy, the kitchen counter had black small bugs on the counter area. The bedding in the game room was not clean for the pull out bed, not to mention the back yard sitting area cushions were Discussing, several stains all over furniture.this home needs to be sprayed for bugs. there was a bug found in the bed of the bedroom with 2 twin beds.

• Carroll (10/5): Great Location and Cute House! - Loved the location! Close to everything. House is cute and cozy. Prompt communication with the property manager. Had a couple things to address upon arrival, they had someone out immediately and our stay was great! The Master bed wasn't very comfortable, but we are use to not such firm mattresses. The Master room also doesn't get as much AC as the rest of the house. The others rooms were cold and had a great flow of air.

• Janice (9/5): Enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend to families. Impressed with ease of organisation especially when travelli - Ease of helpful instructions. Position. Activities for children provided. Host provided some basic products eg milk, detergent, shampoo. Security. Plenty of good linen, blankets etc for family. Backyard needed a clean up. Children got very dirty feet from floors inside house. No kitchen plug!
• Mike (10/5): Very lovely hose in a nice area - It is a lovely house, built in the 30’s that has been nicely updated. Furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen was well appointed to be able to cook. The stove looks original and is beautiful. The location is in a very nice little neighborhood. It was easy to get places. It felt safe and convenient to have a garage to park my car. Very easy to get in with a front door code (the door sticks just a bit so push a little and it will open) The beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. There were games provided. The owners clearly care about providing a nice stay. Communication was a bit complicated. I received instructions to contact the owner through Airbnb site but I used booking.com. When I did text the contact number about leaving instructions, I didn’t get a reply but it was fine. If I had needed something more urgent I had a second number I could have tried. Just as a heads up. This house was built way before people drove big cars. My small SUV fit in the garage but if I had brought my minivan I would had had to park on the street. This is very common for this age of house and in no way a negative I would ever expect the owner to be able to remedy. I just wanted to provide others with a heads up.
