The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden – it’s large, well maintained, and our kids loved spending hours playing outside. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.

• Guest (10/5): Perfect place to recharge your soul - I loved how remote and relaxed the property was, it is the perfect place to unwind from the stresses of the city. The beautiful landscape, friendly neighbors, and perfect weather made my stay wonderful. I especially like how modern and comfortable the bathrooms are here.
• Dyrleif Birna (10/5): A peaceful home away from home close to Lake Sevan. - The location is close to Lake Sevan, so it was a perfect place to get back to after a day on the beach and sightseeing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the host made us feel so at ease. The property was clean and well maintained and there were even fruit trees on the premises (although the fruit will not be ready for another month).

Все остались в полном восторге от этого места! Гостевой дом очень уютный, с просторными чистыми комнатами и большим ухоженным садом. Особое спасибо хозяину — Хачику. Он быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы ещё до приезда и был всегда на связи во время нашего пребывания, помогая и подсказывая по любым вопросам. Люди, которые встречают гостей на месте, тоже очень тёплые, доброжелательные и внимательные — создают по-настоящему домашнюю атмосферу. Отдельно хочется отметить большую кухню, оборудованную всем необходимым — есть вся техника, посуда и всё для комфортного приготовления еды. А зона для барбекю просто замечательная — удобно, чисто, просторная. С просторного патио открывается великолепный вид на озеро Севан и горы — особенно красиво утром и на закате. Газон в саду очень ухоженный, мягкий, по нему приятно ходить босиком и даже играть в футбол или волейбол. Это идеальное место как для отдыха в одиночестве, так и для компании друзей или семьи. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова! Не выявил!

Cozy environment with fireplace, cozy rooms and comfortable beds. After a week of traveling, we really appreciated this quiet and spacious house.
• Frederik (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and nice interior. The host was very friendly and helpful. Extra points for fireplace inside the living room and the big kitchen.
• Kiryushin (10/5): Exceptional - This is a large and comfortable house equipped with everything needed for a good leisure time of a big company. It has several cozy bedrooms; a spacious living room that can host the whole company, with a fireplace, several sofas, tv and sound system; bright kitchen with the full set of cutlery and cooking utensils, a washing and drying machine and a dedicated place for barbeque. The territory is a large green lawn, nice to see among the yellow landscape at the end of summer. The only downside has nothing to do with the property itself - there's not much to see around Martuni, and the southern Sevan shore has very few beaches that cannot compare with the ones at the northern part of the lake. But if you come with a large company and can entertain yourself, then this house is the perfect place for that.

• Gohar (10/5): Amazing stay in a traditional Armenian village with modern conveniences - We had a fantastic stay in Martuni! The accommodations were modern, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The back garden of the property was huge and the rooftop deck on the garage was a nice spot to hang out with a drink enjoy the village and Lake Sevan views! The house comes with a great bbq area and our host connected us with locals who helped us make some of the best Armenian bbq we have ever had. The cool weather was also a nice relief from the heat in Yerevan. Overall we enjoyed our time in the Martuni villa and hope to stay again the next time we visit Armenia.
