• mustafa (9/5): - Konumu ve olanakları yeterliydi Aslında tesis ile alakalı değil ama ücretsiz sağlanan otopark hizmetinin görevlisi aşırı sinirli birisi diğer yerel insanlara sinirli davranmazken bize aşırı sinirli davrandı, ingilizce iletişim kuramadığımız için niye sinirlendiğini de anlayamadık tahminimizce arabayı konaklamamız süresince bir kere otoparktan çıkarmamıza kızdı.
• CERASELA FELICIA (9/5): linistit - Apartamentul este foarte spatios, dotat cu tot ce trebuie. Este aproape de centru si mijloace de transport. Zona este linistita. Exista posibilitate de parcare, foarte aproape. Dusul nu este delimitat, ceea ce face ca apa sa fie pe toata suprafata baii, este un pic dificil.

• Vazkresen (10/5): - Communication with the host was great. We checked in early and checked out late, which we greatly appreciated! The place is spacious, and the location is superb. The apartment was really warm and cosy. On the surface, the place looked very clean, but there was a lot of dust under the beds, and some of the utensils were also dirty (perhaps from previous guests not cleaning them properly). A deep clean might be a good idea for the future.
• Zaki (7/5): - Place is very cosy, in terms of sleeping space is ample and shower room is seperated from toilet which is a plus. Sink next to the toilet wasn't working properly, am sure it can be fixed for future guests. Living area is not the biggest so something to bear in mind too.

• Andrew (7/5): Cosy place though a few things were not functioning as they should. - Good value for money. Cosy place. Staff were responsive when I reached out to request to repair leaking pipe in toilet (see below). 1. Pipe was leaking in toilet. When we turned on the tap, water would splash everywhere. The staff were responsive and came by to fix it after I requested. 2. Pail with mop was left in the bathroom (see photo). 3. Bathroom was flooded after less than 4 minutes of shower (see photo).

• Dimitar (9/5): - Tolle Wohnung in idealer Innenstadtlage. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Schneller Check-in, alles entspricht den Standards. Es gibt keine Terrasse, aber das ist kein großes Problem.
• Akman (2/5): - konumu merkeze yakındı, otopark olması avantajlıydı evin derin temizliğe ihtiyacı var, tavanlarda tuvalet ve banyoda örümcek ağları var, mutfak zaten çok dar, temizliği çok kötü, yemek yapılacak yerin yukarısında örümcek ağları var, evde kullanım için hiçbirşey yoktu. el sabunu tükenmişti, kağıt havlu vb hiçbirşey yoktu. şampuan, saç kurutma makinesi vb hiçbirşey banyoda mevcut değildi. ertesi gün ev sahibine el sabunu ve kağıt havlu ve saç kurutma makinasını söyledik ve temin edildi, diğer şampuan vb şeyler neyse ki yanımızda mevcuttu. banyoda duşakabin yoktu ve tüm banyo yıkanınca kullanılmaz bir hal alıyor ve su doluyordu. eve akşam çok geç ulaştık, evin içi buz gibiydi. merkezi kalorifer çalışmıyordu. 2 tane küçük elektrikli ısıtıcı vardı. onları açtık ama ısınana kadar sabaha kadar üşüdük. bu soğuk havada bize çok kötü bir sürpriz oldu. ayrıca otoparka gece 23.00 gibi ulaştık, toplam 48 saat otoparkı kullanmamıza rağmen, 2 gün sonra çıkışta arabanın 2-3 saat daha kalacağını otopark görevlisine söyledik, ama bize dilini anlamadığımız bir şekilde bağırmaya başladı. ardından yazarak 12.00 den sonra saat başı ücret alınacağını belirtti. hiç kibar değildi. ne tutarsa vereceğimizi söyledik, ama bizim sanırım ekstra ücret vermeyeceğimizi düşündü, ve bize ters ters konuştu. otopark görevlisi ingilizce bilen bir hanımefendiye söyledi, o bize tercüme etti. biz de ücreti vereceğimizi söyledik ve bizi o zaman anladı ve arabayı bırakmamıza izin verdi. genel olarak konumu dışında ek bir avantajı yoktu dairenin, bina çok eski ve evin içindeki eşyalarda çok eski ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı vardı

• Ivaylo (8/5): Great central location, big abd comfy apartment, secured parking, but also some drawbacks. - Location is great, free private parking nearby, which is a great value for visitors of Sofia. Apartment is cosy and clean, TVs, internet. No air conditioning, which is at this point a must have, no insect nets on windows, so you could be forced to compromise between street noise, mosquitoes, and room temperature.

• Miladin (10/5): Amazing sweet apartment in the heart of Sofis - Amazing place, very clean and nice. The apartment is really nice, clean and has everything you need it feels like home in every sense. The host Todor is an unbelievable guy always here helped us in everything we needed great guy and the location of this place is like the cherry on the top cuz it's literally 10 mins walk to the center and everything you need I literally didn't use my car for 3 days just walked around and enjoyed. This is a 10 out of 10 place. I highly recommend it, and for me myself I'll be coming back to this sweet apartment again. :)

And even though we used the parking option, the person there initially said there was no space. We had to argue in order to leave our car there.

• Najeeb (5/5): Parking guy - Good location, restaurants coffee shops including starbucks by walking distance -one of the parking guys chuppy one provoking to attract fights/problems ,ruins the overall experience , ive told he is a good man but i keep avoiding him all the time, when you are doing multiple intentional provocative acts/behaviors doesn’t reflect the goodness in you at all. -no fully sunblock curtains

Having parking included is a huge bonus—finding a spot in the city center would otherwise be nearly impossible. A cozy, spacious retreat with everything I needed just a short walk away. Unbeatable value for money! Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to come back. Thanks for an amazing stay!

• Didzis (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment in the center of city. Has a nice lived-in, antique feel - fits the house and neighbourhood. Kitchen is small, but good enough to prepare simple meals. A big bonus is parking - very close-by. But make sure to indicate you are coming with a car with your booking - the owners have to arrange this with the car park. Also the car park is very small, so be prepared to be greeted by a diagruntled guard who might have to shuffle the cars around to find a space for yours :-). If in doubt or need help, call the owners - they will fix everthing.

• Neslihan (9/5): Overall good place, great location with parking and professional hosts so highly recommend. - We liked the little touches like the welcome basket in the fridge, the handy information sheet on the fridge with the QR codes to places of interest and also the baby cot which we hadn’t requested but was handy to have. It is also located within walking distance to most of the sightseeing landmarks. Could do with a deeper clean. This is not to say that it wasn’t clean because it was but there were some areas that seemed to have been forgotten such as behind the door of the toilet which had cobwebs.

The apartment was very good equipped with all the necessities for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment are not on a good level.
• Volodymyr (10/5): Exceptional - We were a family on business in Sofia. They chose to keep everything close by. It's all within walking distance. I was very pleased that the owner of the apartment allowed to stay with pets. We arrived by car, parking in a minute at least. I liked everything.
• Alexander (9/5): Great base to explore Sofia from - The location of the apartment was perfect, everything that we needed was accessible by walking. There was also a private parking option included 1 street away. The apartment is in good condition with two spacious bedrooms, and despite being on the first floor it was very quiet. The kitchen was small and the equipment was a little bit old. Having the private parking was great, but the security personnel was rude and wanted us to not use our car during the stay.
• Marcus (9/5): Nice apartment in downtown Sofia and in walking distance to everything - We had three-four fantastic days in Sofia, which we mainly explored by foot. The apartment is in walking distance to all downtown locations and we always enjoyed our walk. The hosts had also organized a parking spot for our car in a fenced and guarded parking lot, which was like 100m down the road, so that was easy. Even though the apartment is really downtwon, the street is somewhat quiet, so we could also sleep with open windows, which was great. The apartment also offered a washing machine, which was very helpful for us. Wifi was great, reliable and fast. We would definitely stay again. Cannot think of anything.
