• Kubra (10/5): - The place had everything we needed and more (from an iron to a vacuum cleaner). We travelled with a baby, and they even had baby spoons. It was close to Termini station, and we could walk to all the tourist attractions. We loved everything

• Vânea (9/5): - Bem localizado, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia em Roma. Bastante espaçoso. Com supermercado por perto e junto à estação Termini. Permite deslocar a pé a muitos pontos turísticos. Tudo ok.
• Καρασουλτάνη (10/5): - Το καταλυμα αμταποκρινεται στις φωτογραφιες, ειναι ανετο καθαρο και η επικοινωνια με τον οικοδεσποτη εξαιρετικη. Ειχαμε μια πολυ καλη διαμονη, ειχε ζεστο νερο, ηχομονωση και η τοποθεσια ασφαλης και βολικη καθως εχει σταση λεωφορειου ακριβως στο απεναντι πεζοδρομιο. Ηταν ευκολα προσβασιμο απο το Φιουμιτσινο καθως ηταν κοντα στο terminal οπου φτανει το τρενο Ολα ηταν εξαιρετικα. Παρολα αυτα τα παραθυρα δεν ανοιγουν ευκολα λογω του οτι ειναι παλια και ξυλινα

• Urszula (10/5): Świetna opcja - Wszystko w najlepszym porządku. Kontakt z właścicielem. Jak zgłosiliśmy uszkodzoną słuchawkę prysznicową, to od razu ją naprawiono. Lokalizacja super. Byliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci i prawie nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji. W mieszkaniu jest wszytko co potrzeba. Polecam

• Branislav (9/5): - The informations provided by the host was very useful. Close to Termini Station, restaurants in the neighborhood. I am very good sleeper but I can imagine sombody more sensitive to noise can by disturbed by noise from the street (traffic).

• Berat Nur (10/5): - Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. Dümdüz bir yoldan 6-7 dakikada konaklama tesisine hemen ulaşılıyor. Konaklama öncesi gelen bilgilendirmeyle tesise giriş çok kolay bir şekilde telefon üzerinden yapılabiliyor. Ev içerisinde olanaklar fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Herhangi bir sorumuz olduğunda hızlıca dönüş yapıldı ve her türlü kolaylığı bize sağladılar. Ayrıca şarap ikramları için de çok teşekkür ederiz 😊 Her bakımdan tatilimizi güzelleştiren bir konaklama deneyimi oldu.

• Marialuisa (10/5): A due passi da Termini - Posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione Termini, perfetta per muoversi in città. Self check-in rapido e comodissimo; nonostante l'autonomia la proprietaria Antonietta è stata sempre presente da remoto: gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni dettaglio. L'appartamento è pulito, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. All'arrivo non mancano piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza, come bevande e prodotti di cortesia, che valorizzano senza dubbio la permanenza.
• Nadya (9/5): - Отличная квартира. Удачное место расположения. Транспортом вообще не пользовались, везде ходили пешком. Рядом много ресторанчиков и магазинов. Нет отопления, (точнее оно есть, но от кондиционера, который ночью не работает, потому-что управление на весь дом).Надо включать напольный вентилятор, а он шумный и сушит воздух.
• Ion (7/5): Ok appartment, great location, a bit old/smelly - Very good location. Nice and very responsive host. All necessary amenities. The couch and beds were comfortable to sleep. Although close to main roads it is rather quite. The appartment is ok, but needs a bit of re-paintjng, the most annoying was a smell of old at the entrance. The appartment is rather dark. The wooden blinds can be opened, but looked a bit of hustle. And anyway, if the focus is travel this doesn't bother too much.

• Hyunsook (10/5): 테르미니 역 강추 숙소 (3인 가족에 최적) - 테르미니역에서 도보 10분 이내. 최고의 위치! 5박 동안 지내기에 불편함 없도록 꼼꼼하게 다 잘 준비되어 있음. 심지어 페이퍼타월, 주방세제, 세탁세제 등까지. 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 좋았고, 침구도 청결. 근처 작은 마트도 있지만 테르미니 역 내 Conad, 5분 정도 더 가면 Castoro 만트도 있어서 숙소서 해먹기도 좋음. 관리인 Watsapp으로 연락 잘됨. Virtual key로 드나드는데 건물입구 대문은 잘열리는데 우리 숙소 문은 빙빙 계속 돌려야해서 난이도가 있었음. 숙소내 조명이 좀 더 밝으면 좋을 듯.

Nie spotkałam się jeszcze z tak przyjazną i zaangażowaną obsługą - Antoinette reagowała natychmiast na każdą wiadomość i odpowiadała na każde pytanie bardzo cierpliwie, to zdecydowanie największy plus 😉 Pozwolono nam wejść do apartamentu na ponad 2 godziny przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej, dzięki czemu nie musieliśmy czekać w upale - dziękujemy! Ściana przy łóżku jest lekko przybrudzona, warto pomyśleć o odmalowaniu. Okazało się, że mamy wyłączony bojler na ciepłą wodę, więc pierwszy prysznic był mocno orzeźwiający 😉 Potem przez noc woda się zagrzała i już było ok.
• Jose Angel (10/5): Incredible apartment in the very center of Rome ❤️ - Its location is perfect to go around Roma. Having Termini station at just 5 mins walking is amazing. And you can visit also many important places just on foot if you like. The flat itself has everything you need for a short or long stay. Itakes you feel really home when you come back from a long day visiting Roma 😊 Just two things I didn't really like about the property. Firstly, its location is a double sided knife. Being close to Termini station is great to move around but there is a lot of people movement also. And specially at night you don't feel safe walking in the street. But if you are not going outside much after 10pm or so it should be OK. And secondly, the washer inside the bathroom, it just does not fit there. I know there is not other place to have it installed and it is useful (we did make the laundry twice and it works really well) but the apartment is so cozy... Maybe some piece of furniture to cover it and give it a better look? Besides that the apartment is awesome, nothing else about it I would dislike 😉

• Bralen (10/5): Exceptional - Clean. Convenient location. Across the street from a playground. Great walking distance from restaurants, train station and across the street from a caffe. Only 10 minute walk to two different metro stations. The water heater, showers have to be staggered.

We take a lot of adventages from history heritage - Near the Temini Rain Station, only 8 minutes walking. easy to find, more convenience to everywhere. The apartment with the kitchen can cook. It's a wonderful apartment, like home. Recommend to visitors who will go to Rome. The city is nice, and wonderful from history heritages. But it is a little pity that most drivers didn't respect person. Maybe it is a lot of traffic and a lot of vistitors which may negative impact local people's living. Anyway, It's a wonderful journey indeed.

• 천 (9/5): Superb - It was the perfect place for enjoying Rome. Distance from the Termini station, the room size and condition was just fit to our team. The host was kindly help us to stay comfortable. When it remains empty for a long time, the water in the boiler is getting cold. So you can feel as if the boiler is not working well.
• Nare (8/5): Very good - The location is great. It's very close to Termini train station and a walkable distance to many attractions like Trevi fountain. The apartment is clean, and the beds are comfy. The kitchen is small but that's OK if you don't plan to cook much. The communication with the host is very pleasant, and so was the checkin experience. The floor is very cold, like really cold. You need to wear shoes and we didn't have home shoes with us. The hot water is limited so few people cannot take shower the same evening.

It's quite close to Roma Termini and the metro station, but far enough from the homeless people occupying the Termini surroundings. It is a spaceful apartment. It is quite noisy from the street at night time and sometimes it is noisy from the entrance hall.

Good facility and amenities 3. Excelent location for travel ,very convenient. The central air conditioning is off most of the night (11pm-10am) Timed central aircondition. During our stay, the temperature in Rome soared up to 38 degree so the electric fan wasnt enough.

• Stevan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a good location, near the Termini station. It is located on the high ground floor. Entering the apartment is easy, it is well equipped. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine. Antonietta is very helpful and responds to all messages in a short time The central air conditioner is noisy, there are 2 electric heaters in the apartment for reheating the space since the temperature is limited to 21°C

• Ross (8/5): A good base for touring Rome - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's not far from the train station, but it's just distant enough to be in a neighborhood that has a better feel. The apartment is situated within a complex that feels very secure. It's within walking distance (i.e. 10-30 minutes) of many of Rome's major attractions, and is very close to two metro stations. The main bedroom is spacious and has good storage. Antonietta, the property host, was excellent in communicating with us and getting our visit set up. The Baths of Diocletian, which lie directly behind this property, turned out to be one of our favourite sights in Rome. The kitchen/living area is relatively small, although it's serviceable. Hot water for the shower was not quite adequate for three people showering consecutively, but this again was a manageable issue.

Otherwise you can reach different parts of the city by metro or bus from train station. The facility is clean and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. With a special application, we could easily access the apartment without the need to wait for a physical key, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience. The property's prime location allows for easy access to the city center and iconic attractions, either by foot or by taking the nearby underground. The hostess was readily available for communication, checking in upon arrival, throughout our stay, and even upon departure to ensure our satisfaction.
