Kelly (4/5): Great house, great location, needs a good clean and tidy up - Location of the property was perfect! Close enough to everything without feeling like you were in the city. The neighbour hood was rather quiet and peaceful. Host are super responsive and helpful when it came to my concerns when I checked in. Overall the property was perfect for what we needed it for, however, there were a few thing to make note. The house definitely felt lived in as there were dirty marks over each wall, the blinds seemed to be broken and once we got them up we were to afraid to pull them back down, TV remote was broken and unusable and there was an issue with the roller door at the back, with it not working and then not shutting properly. Another thing to note is there is no lift at this property, no big deal for us as we were able to use the stairs, however, it should be removed if there isn't one on the property.

Easton (5/5): Passable - Furniture well appointed, bathrooms and floors clean. great location for what we needed it for. Easy entry and exit process. The front and back gardens were totally overgrown, some of the grass being shin height. Dirty scuffs and marks on every wall. No toiletries were provided in the main bathroom, and I had to go hunting for soap for the main bathroom. No handtowls were provided in the bathrooms for hand washing. There were no amenities in the main bathroom at all, only in the ensuite. Dirty used sponges were provided to clean up after ourselves in the kitchen. Some gross, dirty oils, etc, in the pantry. The bed I slept in was hard as a rock, and the other 2 beds were okay, according to my family. No extra blankets or linen provided, despite overnight temperatures of 4, so the heater stayed on for our entire trip. There is no bin anywhere inside the property and no bin bags provided, despite council regulations requiring sealed bin bags. Too bad, so sad for women needing to bin menstrual products in the middle of the night. Also, there is no response from property managers on the weekend at all.
Dongwan (9/5): Comfortable Stay in Mirden, New Home - When we arriving at the property, everything felt brand new, and all the facilities were very comfortable. The weather was a bit chilly in the morning and evening, but the air conditioning provided excellent heating, which made our stay even more pleasant. I'm Not sur if i just missed it, but i couldn't find any detergent for washing machine.
