- Jeffrey (9/5): Great hotel, good location and first rate management. - Extremely helpful and generous staff. Hotel manager and rooftop restaurant manager were outstanding. Our initial impression was not good as our room was not ready at the appointed time, nor did it, in all honesty , live up to our expectations. However the hotel management went the extra mile to make things right and we left very satisfied.

- Federico (9/5): A few days in Athens - Great location right next to Plaka and the Acropolis entrance. Everything is nearby. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, rooftop for breakfast and dinner was also very pleasant. Room was great, but bathroom a bit small. No parking at the property but a few spots available nearby. A bit pricey.

Wonderful view from the rooftop to the ancient ruins. Hop on hop off bus stops right near the hotel. Small rooms, small gym.

- David (10/5): Placentera e inmejorable. - Hotel moderno, el trato del personal, simplemente exquisito, la ubicación no puede ser mejor, a los pies de la Acrópolis, en el ático tiene un restaurante donde no sólo se come muy muy bien , sino que lo haces con unas vistas maravillosas a la Acrópolis. Sinceramente magnífico. Si vuelvo a Atenas repito seguro. Nada negativo

An easy walk to Monesteriki and the shopping streets. Rooms are fully equipped with everything you could wish for. Уборка номера дважды в день. Придраться можно только к размерам/планировки душевой кабины/туалета. Чтобы выйти из туалета нужно одной ногой зайти в душевую кабину, чтобы дверь открылась. Но это мелочи по сравнению с остальными плюсами.

We really liked the concept and design, the wall garden behind the reception desk, the curated library they maintain. The room and the view from it were great. - Sarah (10/5): An exceptional stay I will always remember - The service began before I even arrived, with a friendly email letting me know about an upcoming taxi strike and option to book a transfer directly with the hotel, and cost options, which I really appreciated. A friendly driver met me at the airport and when arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by the team like an old friend, immediately I felt comfortable and relaxed. Nothing was too much for the team who helped organise private custom excursions for me throughout my stay, reservations and great advice. The team even prepared me a breakfast to go box with coffee when one of my trips meant I would be leaving before breakfast service, which was exceptionally thoughtful and ready to go when I was. They greeted me each morning, as I left or arrived back at the hotel, always with a beaming friendly smile, hello and gentle enquiry about my day, this was consistent throughout the hotel, the breakfast and dinner staff the same. The rooms are beautifully modern and well designed, every feature considered, which made for an easy stay and I found I had plenty of room. The food was delicious with stunning views on the rooftop and room service prompt, never more than 20mins and freshly prepared. I have no negative feedback.

La réalité par rapport à la présentation booking est bien en dessous. Hôtel trop petit, SPA quasi inexistant, pas habitué aux types d’établissements que l’on rencontre par booking. - Dennis (10/5): The most magnificent boutique hotel EVER! - As a frequent American international traveler, Anthology of Athens was easily the best boutique hotel I have ever experienced. From location to suite amenities to staff service, this was the very best. The roof-top breakfast with a monumental view of the Acropolis can become legendary. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Dennis & Alyssa Law Literally nothing to not like. I suppose if traveler needs to visit giant brand name monstrous hotels, this intimacy and convenience may not suit one’s needs, but this place is world-class nice in every category except size.

- Lale (10/5): Atina'ya gittiğimizde yeniden seçeceğimiz bir otel. - Oteli çok sevdik ve rahat ettik. 1. Personel misafirleri mutlu etmek için canla başla çalışıyor. Son derece profesyonel, candan ve misafirperverler. 2. Lokasyonu harika, Akropolis’e sadece 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Parlementoya’da 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde (muhafız değişimi izlemek isteyenler rahatça ulaşabilir). 3. Dekorasyon zevkli ve rafine. 4. Odalarda bulunan tüm malzemeler şık ve kaliteli. Bardakları bilhassa sevdim, Nespresso makinesini ve odada hazır bulunan kapsülleri de. 5. Yataklar, yastıklar ve yorgan çok rahat. 6. Tertemiz. 7. Odamız (203) Zeus tapınağının tam karşısındaydı ve manzaramız harikaydı, hem gündüz, hem gece. 8. En önemlisi balkonun kayan cam kapısının doğraması son derece kaliteliydi, kapattığınız zaman dışarıda akan trafik sesini tamamen kesiyordu. 9. Son olarak da, zarif görevli İrina Hanım akıcı Türkçe konuşuyordu! Biz rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra ismimizden uyruğumuzu anlamış olmalı ki, hemen aradı, odamızla ilgili kişisel tercihlerimizi sordu, otele vardığımızda da kocaman bir güleryüz ile karşılaştık. Ayrıca tüm müze biletlerimizi bizim için kolayca aldı. Kendisini tebrik ediyorum.

- Soni (10/5): - Absolutely amazing hotel, very exclusive, very romantic! This hotel is limited on rooms which makes it extra special. The hotel is clean, modern and just beautiful. The roof top bar is so romantic, perfect for couples to chill. The food was delicious. The staff were wonderful, so friendly, so helpful and just amazing. The location is on point, it is right opposite Zeus Temple and next to the Acropolis. The views from this hotel are spectacular! Overall just a beautiful trip to Athens and a lovely experience at this hotel. I will definitely recommend it and stay again.

We chose this hotel to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and they truly went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a stunning suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration feel even more luxurious. Every detail was handled with care, from the delicious breakfast at Botany to the seamless communication before we even arrived. The team’s hospitality turned a simple birthday trip into a collection of wonderful memories. If you are looking for a place in Athens that combines elegance with genuine, warm service, this is it. Thank you again for everything—we can’t wait to return. I wanted to share one minor piece of feedback regarding the suite. While the room was beautiful, we noticed that the blackout curtains didn't quite block out the morning light effectively.

Lovely staff and great views from the rooftop - The hotel is lovely, really clean and the rooms are modern and comfortable with a small but high spec bathroom. The staff are exceptional, everyone was warm, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. We really appreciated the extra touches such as the complimentary wine and food on arrival. Location is brilliant! We were able to walk everywhere, really perfect for us as we were only in Athens for one night and were able to see the main sights. Breakfast was really good and the views from the rooftop restaurant bar were fabulous! The monument of Zeus on one side and the Acropolis on the other.

- Geoff (10/5): - Just 20 rooms and the owners are hands on hosts. You feel like a family friend rather than an anonymous traveler. Michelin-recommended restaurant on the roof with spectacular views and very, very good food and impeccable service.

- Rami (10/5): מאד נהנינו - ארוחת בוקר מעולה. מאוד אהבנו. קצת הפריע שיש כביש סואן ממש בסמוך למלון ולא ניתן לישון עם חלון פתוח. אבל לעומת זאת, המיקום של בית המלון הכי טוב, המתקנים מעולים, חדרים גדולים ומאד נקיים, אירוח וצוות מעולים כביש צמוד לבית המלון. אבל זה מה שיש ולא ניתן לשפר.

- Azeenat (10/5): Hospitality at its finest - A truly unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfectly located in the heart of Athens, the property offers a breathtaking view of the Acropolis. The rooms are spacious, beautifully lit, and incredibly cosy. The bed and pillows were absolutely perfect, and the daily fresh water along with complimentary organic herbal teas made for a lovely, relaxing end to each day. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and very generous in portion. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond, making us feel completely at home. A heartfelt thank you to Irine for the personal touches and treats left in our room that made us feel so genuinely welcomed, to Modesto for his kindness and support even before we arrived especially when we had to amend our booking due to an emergency and to Victoria, Theo, and Eleni for their care and attentiveness throughout our stay. You all turned what could have been a simple visit into a truly special experience for my sister and me. We are leaving with full hearts and a promise to return very soon.
