Guest Reviews
- Audrey (9/5): - Location was perfect for us as we were going to a festival in brockwell park so it was a 20min work. The views were great aswell. Easy key collection. I know some people mentioned it was a bit annoying having to collect at different place bit it was very straight forward. There is a bit of work being done on the building at at first I wasn't sure how I felt but once inside I felt safe and the building was really quiet.

- Sycik (10/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Brak

- Curtis (10/5): - Really comfortable apartment. Felt right at home
- Siemienski (9/5): Great - thanks! - Great flat, had everything needed. Hosts very communicative. Nothing
Pulizia super. Letto della camera molto comodo. Zona tranquilla e ben servita. Il divano letto non è molto comodo.
- Eduardo Rafael (10/5): Fantastic cozy flat. - We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in London with our two kids. It was cozy, spotless, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel truly welcome. Our children especially enjoyed the puzzles and books available—they were entertained and happy from the moment we arrived. The views over the city were simply stunning, and the atmosphere of the place made it feel like a home away from home. But perhaps the best review comes from our daughter, who wrote her own note in the guest logbook—proof of how much we all loved it. Thank you, Lucia. 100% recommended! N/A. I can strongly recommend this property and I may consider rebooking for next year.

- Gudrun (10/5): - Spacious, clean, newly renovated, all facilities were perfect, and the view was marvelous. Close to main bus lines and train stations, and in the vicinity of two parks. I only wish I could have stayed there longer, and would love to stay there again one day. Everything was simply perfect. Key pickup was a little bit far, which was difficult with heavy bags, but communication about it was clear and I had an overall wonderful stay.
- Carole (10/5): Great base for our night in London - Lovely flat with great views A bit awkward to get and return the key. A key safe would probably have been easier.
- John (9/5): Would definitely recommend - The place was immaculate. Had everything you need and more.
Host had great communication.
Was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. The picking up of the keys wasn't great as was later than our check in time which then made us late for an event. Parking was non existent
- Christin (8/5): -
- ericaryan (7/5): - Fabulous apartment wouldn't think of it so nice from the outside. The sofa in the sitting room was infected with bugs I had to hover it BT that was the only bad thing in there
- Nicola (9/5): Really good. Lovely place. Would recommend. Comfy bed. Amazing sunset view over London to end the day - Lots of little personal touches
Really close to the hospital
Perfect for what we needed Not ideal having to go and pick up the key from elsewhere
- Jane (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for visiting relatives in King's hospital. Lovely welcome of bread, milk etc and toiletries. Great views over London. Very kind and helpful host.
- Kim (9/5): Amazing host who was very responsive and helpful & the flat was the best equipped I’ve stayed in. - Clean fully equipped; extra bits e.g. bread milk tea etc all there.
Allowed us to check in early, easy to contact and replied rapidly.
Amazing - thank you! Nothing.
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Beata (9/5): Great location close to transport, clean, equipped in all essentials. - Fresh apples was a nice touch
- Sinead (10/5): Fantastic stay - Great location, lovely and quiet especially at night, very clean and comfy, ideal for 2 night stay with our 2 young boys, have recommended and will most definitely stay again. The pictures don’t do this appt justice. No scissors and could do with lockbox
- Shelley (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. It was really nice and super clean. All the little extras were such a nice touch such as the individual toiletries. She also left crumpets and spreads. Definitely going to be a first choice to book if we ever come back to London.
- Lauren (7/5): It was the perfect location. Visitors could easily use it as a base to see the city. - The location for us was perfect as my husband was having surgery at Kings College Hospital which is a 5min walk away. I didn't venture into central London on this trip, but there are great transport links from Denmark Hill. The flat was tucked away with great views of the city. It has everything you need. If you like helicopters, then this is the spot for you. The air ambulance flies literally past the window before landing on the hospital helipad. Great view, but noisy, particularly at night when everything else is quiet. There were 3 landings during the night we stayed.
It was lovely to have condiments left out for breakfast but some bread for toast would have been even better and some proper milk. I didn't get time to visit a shop as I was at the hospital until 11.30pm and by then everything was shut.
A few instructions might be useful for other guests, heating, TV (no remote) etc.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bluemacaw (10/5): Excellent place - Very spacious and clean, lots of facilities. Walkable to 02 Brixton

- Gabi (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly owner, helpful and kind.
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): Comfortable and excellent! -
- Becky (5/5): Passable - It was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a short, one night stay. Tea and coffee were available and the owner left some sweet treats 🙂 Some very loud music was played in an apartment nearby somewhere in the building - I was awake from around 2:30 - 4 am. I let the owner know the next day and she said she would follow up with the building management company and that she has not had complaints about noise before.
- Gary (8/5): Perfect. - THE REVIEWS WHERE ACCURATE. PROPERTY WAS AS DESCRIBES. I BOOK AS IT WAS CLOSED TO KINGS HOSPITAL. SHOULD I EVER NEED TO COME BACK I WILL CHECK OUT THE AVAILABILITY OF THIS BEFORE LOOKIMG ELSEWHERE.
- Santoro (10/5): Perfect and very clean location! - The apartment was very clean and in a great location, perfect for a weekend getaway with a 1 year old kid. Lucia was very kind and available for any issue we had.
- Dana (9/5): Superb - was a lovely place with easy access
- Dimitrios (8/5): Nice apartment - Nice apartment, clean and quiet. Only five minutes walk to the train station and easy transport to London centre via bus. Nice touch the breakfast. The bed was quite comfortable. Nice view from the window, we could see the Big Ben, but it was quite far. The kitchen is narrow but it was ok, the WiFi didn't work and we weren't informed about it and the sofa bed for the kids was really uncomfortable, it has to be replaced.
- Bruce (9/5): short and sweet with no fuss or problems -
- Elena (8/5): Perfect stay, I would definitely recommend it - Clean and comfortable Building was a bit ugly
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maciej (9/5): Superb -

- Yavuz (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and neat, very clean , very friendly household, she has provided a kind of breakfast and coffee available for a courtesy. So kind . Thanks for everything
- Paraschiv (10/5): Perfect accommodation for family with kids - I recently stayed at Lucia and had an incredible experience. Lucia, the host was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. She gave us every detail we needed. The location was ideal, near bus station, near a market, not crowded. The host made a perfect accommodation with snacks and baby books and toys our kid loved them. We found everything we needed: iron, hair dryer, shower gel etc. She told us how to recycle, too. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect getaway! We will come back for sure!
- Dhiraj (9/5): Superb -
- Bhupa (8/5): Very good -
- Hannah (9/5): Hostess With The Mostest. - The host/family & housekeeping were very hospitable. The host went above and beyond and kept us informed & had great communication throughout.
Great, location, amazing added touches. Home away from home. Would definitely come back.
- Renny (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely comfortable apartment, nice and clean and great views of London.
Perfect location for King's College Hospital. There is no tv which may upset some people.
A little difficult to shave without a mirror above the sink.
- Eleanor (9/5): Very comfortable and clean - View was amazing, close to hospital where family member is Property was fine, nothing not too like
- Aakar (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional
One cozy bed along with sofa bed - well enough for 4-5 people
Location 5/5
1 min from Blanchedowne Bus stop , from there you can reach London attractions in 20-30 mins by bus easily
one can easily travel to tube station Denmark Hill which is 10 min walk
Cleanliness 5/5
Amenities 5/5
What best I liked is the Owner (Lucia) behaviour and help
It was raining , she especially came to deliver an umbrella within 10minutes
She had stocked groceries for us before we arrived , these things are very rare to see .
Thank you Lucia for making our stay comfortable hassle free . Everything was up to the mark
