Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- John (5/5): Ideal location with reasonable level of comfort. - Location was ideal. Close to beaches. Property managed by local real estate agency. Sent 10 emails from agency after booking with Bookings.com. Went out of their way to inconvenience the client, demanding key collection from their office and prompt return at the end of our stay. Provided minimal convenience pack with one roll of toilet paper for our 5 day stay!Key collection etc should be made clear on booking site, not tagged in after. We are on holiday and don’t need the runaround!
Bathroom had no exhaust fan and all windows were locked. Stove had no exhaust hood so slightest frying would trigger smoke alarm.
