• Bozana (10/5): - Spacious living room. Kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Beds were very comfortable and big. Lovely view from the bedrooms and the balcony. The water tank was a bit loud and it took quite some time before it stopped. Also, there were no coasters for drinks.

• D (9/5): Very spacious! Washing machine should be cleaned between guests to avoid error message. - The size of both the bedroom and bathroom is perfect. Usually in Ireland you have to sacrifice one for the other, but not here. Imagine a country where a desk in a bedroom is a rarity. Here they had one. Perfectly enough space in the kitchen and living room too. When I requested mop & bucket to be able to clean after myself with, I received it within a few minutes. Shower drain is easy to clean, and was left clean for me. When I forgot my key in the apartment, staff arrived within a few minutes to let me back inside. Intercom available. Excellent location beside Aviva Stadium. Nice welcome and nice goodbye by staff. Ground floor apartment comes with the sacrifice of not being able to leave the windows (balcony doors) open unattended, and have to keep the curtains on most of the time for privacy. This was expected, but the five ants I killed in the living room and kitchen should be defended against before they bring more uninvited friends and family. There's no glass recycling in the facility. Tourists, be mindful that the hot water has to be made manually via the boiler dashboard. I started to receive an error message on the washing machine that it needed to be cleaned, presumably due to lint buildup from the dryer. According to the infograph on the machine, a tool would've been required to open the compartment necessary for cleaning. The lady on the phone said she would send the cleaner to "look at it", who came without any tools, and indeed only looked at it to confirm what I adequately described over the phone, despite my explicit repeated request to bring a tool. This delayed the procedure to the point that it ultimately wasn't carried out by the time I left.

• Colin (8/5): An ideal location for a short stay. - In a quiet residential street with bus and DART rail facilities around 10 minutes walk. I think we should have been advised in advance that the forecourt of the building had been dug up for connections of nearby new properties. Electrical problems with the control board in reception prevented the lock on the apartment door from working on two days of the stay and another day a similar error message relating to Appt 3 was showing. Neither problem became a serious issue but it was a concern particularly when considering parking charge with noise and dust from the works being carried out, although the construction workers were friendly, helpful and kept us informed.

Really good value for money and as a group of girls we felt very safe which was really nice. The accommodation was bigger than expected so that was really nice. Would really recommend the accommodation.

Einfache Ausstattung, nette kurze persönliche Schlüsselübergabe, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden für einen Kurztrip: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Vielen Dank! Tischsets wären für den Glastisch noch super!

• Alessandro (7/5): Comodo e spazioso ma proprietaria un po’ scontrosa - La struttura si trova vicino alla metropolitana che comunica con il centro ed è vicino allo stadio. Grandi stanze e per ogni stanza c’è un bagno. Comoda la cucina e il soggiorno La proprietaria della struttura parla un inglese molto stretto, quindi la comunicazione al telefono con lei è stata difficile e alquanto sgradevole e con vocaboli non molto educati, consiglio alla proprietaria di semplificare la procedura di check in scrivendola in chat invece di obbligare il cliente a chiamarla, perchè non è scontato che un turista sappia l’inglese perfettamente, figuriamoci un irlandese stretto. Maggiore attenzione ai prodotti per la colazione dove nel nostro caso il latte è risultato scaduto e non utilizzabile.

• Wendy Boogaerts (7/5): We hadden een fijn weekend - De locatie is goed, het appartement zelf is heel ruim en modern, dichtbij de bushalte naar het centrum. De bedden kunnen een topping van Jysk of Ikea gebruiken. Ze zijn niet comfortabel. Het is een ruime keuken maar je kan hier niet in koken. Er waren maar enkele borden en bestek en 1 kleine pan. Er lagen 2 vaatwastabletten voor 4 dagen. Zet er misschien een fles afwasmiddel bij zodat je bezoekers met de hand kunnen afwassen. Een minimum aan kruiden zou ook fijn zijn, bv peper en zout. De broodrooster werkt niet.

Very clean, spacious and convenient location - Very nice neighborhood and the apartment is very clean, spacious and lovely. Easy access to train, the DART station is about 5min walk. Need to walk slightly a little further for convenient stores. The beds felt a bit stiff for me, but my teenagers were ok with them. Would be nice if there were paper towels for the kitchen as well as dishwashing liquid for manual washing.
• mcdonald (9/5): A great introduction to Dublin - close to great restaurants and the train line. - We came to Dublin to watch a rugby match and so the proximity to Aviva Stadium was unbelievable. Also very close to great restaurants and the most amazing Avoca store... The hot water system was a little frustrating but definitely not a deal breaker.

V docházkové vzdálenosti na zastávku metra i autobusu - dobré dopravní spojení. Nebylo možné se sprchovat v obou koupelnách současně - tlak vody a teplota byla nízká.

Beds started to sag in the middle after a few days use. Not providing basic condiments like salt and pepper. Only providing 2 dishwasher tablets. The noise of the water heater after you use any tap in the house

• Cathleen (9/5): I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want a nice, quiet, clean, private place to stay. - We were met at the door and handed the keys & shown how everything works. We never wanted for anything ~ the rooms were great, the location was perfect. Of course, I always bring my own chefs knives, but they also had plenty. We loved how quiet it was and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water to take a bath and wash dishes. The location is a 5 minute walk from the train/bus & we purchased LEAP cards for 25 Euro per week which included all public transportation in Dublin and to neighboring towns. There are restaurants to walk to and a TESCO grocery not far away. We enjoyed cooking breakfast at the apartment as well. They cleaned every Tuesday and provided clean sheets & towels. We have no complaints what so ever! We emailed Louise & Donal if we needed anything and replied immediately. Although, we didn't contact them often because we were perfectly comfortable in the apartment. We stayed for 30 days and it was just wonderful! The TV remote did not work properly, but we managed to be patient with it.

• Maurice (10/5): Nice and cozy place with much space - Even of a cancelled flight and a delayed arrival everything worked well. The staff was very friendly and managed to take solutions for extraordinary problems from our site. Very open clean and bright rooms. The heating and light system is easy to understand. The kitchen is well designed and everything on place for any needs. A nice open terrace with a nice view, friendly neighbours and very calm area. Public transportation system in reach (a little far sometimes because of the residential area but anything you need anywhere 24/7). Ideal for short time workers, couples or families. The stade in reach is sometimes a problem, because of events it can get very overcrowded around the area. If you are travelling without a a car and dont want to take a taxi prepare for longer walks to the next supermarket, restaurant or bus/train stop. The surrounding is nice, so its a little consolation.

Z uwagi na godzinę przylotu bez problemu udało się zorganizować alternatywne rozwiązanie względem standardowego odbioru kluczy. Jeśli obiekt weźmie sobie do serca drobne uwagi z tej opinii, może być naprawdę świetnym wyborem. W domu jest głośna instalacja podgrzewająca wodę, drzwi wejściowe z korytarza są niezbyt szczelne ale największą uciążliwością był dla nas brak podstawowego wyposażenia (przy krótkoterminowym pobycie, gdy nie ma sensu dokonywanie nieplanowanych zakupów, szczególnie trudny był np. brak gąbki i płynu do mycia naczyń, choćby jednego długopisu). W całym apartamencie nie znaleźliśmy nawet jednej przejściówki (adaptera) do gniazdka (standard kontynentalny na brytyjski) co w obiektach jakie dotąd odwiedzaliśmy w Europie jest zupełnym wyposażeniowym standardem.
• Javi07Carmona (10/5): Totalmente de 10. - El apartamento es de 10, la zona es muy tranquila y está todo muy bien comunicado, el encargado de darnos las llaves incluso habló en español cuando vio que eramos de España, no puedo ponerle menos de la máxima valoración, todo impecable, nada de ruido en alrededores, muy acogedor e incluso la temperatura era perfecta. • Brenda (10/5): Very clean and beautiful apartment! It was exactly as described. Will stay again! - Communication right from the time of booking was exceptional. They responded to messages quickly and the check in process was smooth. The information provided was very helpful and they were available if needed. We never did have to contact them the entire duration of our stay because everything was smooth and laid out nicely. We have stayed other places (in Ireland) where you are expecting one thing based on the pictures but show up to a dump. Not this place! It was exactly what they represented in the listing. We travel to Ireland often and look forward to staying there again. There were no washcloths provided. We did go and buy some for us to use. Also the oven was in Russian and we didn't know how to change it to English. Good thing for Google Translate! We used that on our phone to see what the oven display was saying. Neither of these lessened our experience. This place really was great!
• José (8/5): Muy buen lugar, desde el que disfrutar de Dublín - El único defecto que encontramos, es que en los baños, no hay ningún mueble, ni percha, ni lugar, donde colocar los artículos de aseo, o símplemente colgar la ropa a la hora de ducharnos. Tampoco tenían en la cocina, jabón para lavar la vajilla, estropajo, paños... El apartamento es magnífico, al igual que su ubicación, pero estos pequeños detalles, son los que les restan nota.

We were kept awake 2 out of 3 nights of our stay due the guests upstairs. Also the floor hadn’t been cleaned
