• Achraf (4/5): Verblijf gekozen op basis van de recensies, maar dat is wel tegengevallen. - De locatie was goed. Wifi werkt uitstekend. Gastheer reageert snel, maar kan niet àlles oplossen Het appartement bevindt zich in de kelder, weinig verluchting. Bij aankomst hadden we direct problemen met de buren die de politie gingen bellen. Omdat ons parkeerplaats volzet was. Dat was opgelost door de gastheer. Bij het inchecken was het appartement op het eerste zicht proper, maar bij goede nazicht, was het toilet onhygiënisch. Douchekop was kapot. De vaatwasser werkte niet. Ramen waren open waardoor veel ongedierte binnenkwam. Geen Europese stopcontacten of adapters. Er wordt voor de ingang geparkeerd, waardoor je moeilijk het kelderappartement kan betreden. Er verblijven mensen boven die geen rekening houden met de gasten blijven tot laat in de avond buiten in de tuin waardoor er licht binnenkomt een lawaai.

• Enrica (1/5): Very disappointed - The apartment itself is nice, but it is located in a basement, light shining in through mirrors from above. There are no curtains nor blinds in the living room where the sofa bed is located, lots of both artificial light and natural light from outside. You hear noises from people above moving chairs and so on. We had no warm water due to an outage (for the entire staying); the sofa bed was not ready (we were 4 people). We arrived at 17,30 (agreed in advance) but the apartment was not ready yet, the cleaning guy was still there, we had to wait outside an hour. The owner offered a partial refund, that never arrived. The price was more than 300 chf, absolutely unjustified for such a basement with no warm water.

• Daniela (6/5): - Напътствията се даваха от дистанция - наблюдаваха ни чрез камера. Имах чувството, че съм герой от произведението на Оруел 1984. Кодът първоначално не сработи и трябваше да следваме инструкциите на домакина (предполагам) от дистанция чрез това наблюдение. Вечерта преди да напуснем мястото спряха топлата вода и нямахме възможност да си вземем топъл душ. Иначе не беше лошо.

• Chris (10/5): Overall, we had a nice stay even if it was just for one night. - It was very clean, modern, and good location to where we wanted to be. The bed in the bedroom is a bit small for 2 adults.

• Jan (10/5): Great stay, good parking, roomy appartment and fantastic Wifi! - The basement appartment was great! It is very modern, absolutely clean, the wifi works great and the very creative mirrors at the windows to maximise sunlight absolutely work! I also liked the size of the living room/kitchen! And it's a full size smart TV! The parking spot is reserved specially for the appartment. I'm in general not a fan of the automated checkin procedure: as a foraeigner calling is extremely expensie in Switserland, and maybe this could be avoided by communicating the code for the self checkin up front?
