• Hyeeun (1/5): Very strong odor and unwashed bedding. Insects on the floor. Awful experience. - The fact that the property owner lives upstairs. As soon as message he comes down as if he’s your own brother. Very strong odour everywhere. Unwashed bedding smelled like sweaty and musky. Also found ants on the floor and the owner said “it’s summer ants can come inside”. For strong smell in entire house the owner tried solve the problem by only changing pillow. We sprayed air freshener that we bought from tesco but smell was still there. So had to leave at midnight as we couldn’t get sleep. The owner only refunded £20. Petty money but had to take it because he refused any more. Shame that the photos doesn’t deliver bad odour and little insect roommates on the floor!

• Ben (1/5): Do not stay here!! - Nothing Me and my partner booked this property to stay at for a concert at Wembley. After returning to the property at night we noticed the host had his family around the property as we were only in the front room of the house. The guests saw us enter into our room upon arriving home and then after attempted to break into our room whilst my partner was getting changed. Also multiple times during our stay he and his guests used our “private bathroom”. Due to this we had to relocate from the property at 11pm as we feared for our lives due to what had occurred. Afterwards we messaged the host the next day detailing what happened and asking for a refund. He was very unhelpful during this contact as whilst he admitted guilt he then refused to refund us offering only a 1/3 refund with the condition we provided a 10/10 rating to the property. He has tried to hold our money ransom over this review despite how seriously he put us in danger. I can not stress how much I plead you not to ever stay here if you are reading this as I would never want someone to be out in the same situation as we were. There was a complete lack of professionalism and the property does not feel safe at all.
• Brocklehurst (10/5): Perfect accommodation for Wembley Stadium. - Friendly host. Nice and clean. Great location for Wembley Stadium. No issues whatsoever
• Adam (8/5): One night close to Wembley - Easy to find, parking right in front, lovely welcome from the owner, comfortable bed, tea and coffee, good location a 10 minute walk to tube and 30 minutes from Wembley. You are in someone's front room on the ground floor near a busy roundabout. I noticed the traffic and other occupants of the house at times during the night.

• Athirah (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location. A lot of shops nearby and is a walking distance to the metro.

• Craig (6/5): pleasant. needs a bit more attention - Large room, comfortable bed, large tv, close to shops and restaurants, friendly host - could have been cleaner: rubbish in the bin, hairs in the sink - near a very loud main road - NO TOWELS! I had had a long drive and needed a shower. No towels to be found anywhere. Then I saw a sign saying ‘towels on request’ and had to ring the host to get him to bring some. However, he turned up at 11.30pm when I was already in bed. Why not just provide towels as standard like everywhere else? Very strange.

• Mohan (9/5): Amazing experience - First off, I’d like to say a huge thanks to Mr. Chetan. I’m a student from India and this is my first international trip. From the time I landed to the time I left the city, Mr. Chetan helped me out in every possible way, I was supposed to take 2 buses to reach the property where it was late night and the buses had stopped for the day, he went out of his way to come pick me up from the second stop in the middle of the night and was very hospitable. The room beat my expectations as well, it was clean, neat and tidy. There was an oven, cutlery were provided and also a nice and comfortable double bed. Thanks Chetan for providing me with a comfortable stay and a great hospitality addressing to all my silly questions as well. :) Nothing, it was great.

• Karen (7/5): Only stayed 1 night ok but rather basic, - Very friendly and helpful bedroom on main road so quite noisy, no tea or coffee facilities, better quality towels would be nice, and a bit more effort with cleaning,

• Victor (5/5): Passable - Clean, modern bathroom. Off road free parking. TV way too big for the room. Dirty, faulty fridge that didn't chill. No bedside cabinet. Ill fitting curtains with large gap at the ends exposing view from busy road to bed. Large space around bay window that could have accommodated either table and chairs, or comfortable seat.
