• Marta (10/5): Excellent and spacious house. Fantastic location - My guests liked the design, how spacious the house was, garden, they had everything the needed (the kitchen equipment, folding bed etc) . Really enjoyed the stay. The floor needs to be fixed in some places.

• Mevlona (10/5): Great comfortable house that gave us a homely feeling right from the start. - Spacious house. Lovely big kitchen with enough space to seat the whole family. The communication with the host was great. Everything was clean. Only a short walk to the underground station. We always found parking on the street. Lovely decorated. Had everything we needed - those little details like having dishwasher tabs, tea bags, a few kids games etc is what made this a great location for an extended weekend trip. We would definitely book again!

Lovely complimentary toiletries and amazing large kitchen with big dining table so we could all sit together. Good location and good communication from BnB host. More plug sockets needed in bedrooms. Would of liked to relax in garden but as grass was high we were unable to.
• Paisid (10/5): Perfect!! - It's a short walk to the underground where there are food and coffee shops. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. There are new towels, shampoo, and soap provided in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London. The doors of two bedrooms don't close properly, that's all.

• Simon (10/5): Large well appointed house close to the centre of Balham, ideal for a large group. - Lovely large house a short walk from the centre of Balham. Four double rooms all with comfortable beds, and two well appointed bathrooms. Well equipped with all the facilities we needed for a large group including large kitchen/diner, washer, dryer, good wi-fi and a large lounge. The communication with the agent managing the property was quick and easy. We needed street parking for a couple of days and the agent was able to arrange a permit.
