Eva (10/5): This was a cute apartment in a great location in Shibuya. - It was very cozy and had everything we needed. There were no windows or natural lighting to this place but it was fine.
Jenny (1/5): Terrible facilities, nothing like it is advertised. - The location was great, just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing. Everything else was really bad. It is not a 2-bedroom apartment as advertised. It is an apartment that is smaller than a hotel room. There was no room to even open the suitcases, the beds were terrible, and the bathroom was tiny. No space at all.

Harris (10/5): Amazing, convenient, feels like home. - Looks different to photos but so convenient. Exceptional location. Great AC, laundry provided. Affordable but comfortable and does an amazing job. Lots of space too. Laundry filter was broken and I emailed for help and they said they’d fix it, but no one came. I didn’t mind though. Room also gets dusty really fast

Janine (5/5): Very good apart from the lack of linen. - The location was fantastic. We asked for the second bed to be made up and it wasn’t. Also no spare sheets for the second bed so we couldn’t even make it ourselves. Messaged customer service about it and was ignored. Also there was no TV.
