Narrow staircases, two gorgeous balconies — Barcelona is all about slowing down, relaxing, and savoring the moment, and this place captures it perfectly. Having breakfast on the balcony every morning and listening to the city wake up is simply beautiful. In all my future trips, I’d love to stay only here!
• Marieta (10/5): The perfect spot for a Barcelona trip, we will definitely pick them again for future vacations - The property is perfectly located in Sants, which is close to the train station, around 15 minutes walk. Also really close to the metro station, like 4 minutes walk. The apartment itself is amazing, fully furnished and equipped with everything one might need. The place was squeaky clean and decorated with lots of little heartfelt things around the house. The hosts also have a house guide with very useful information regarding your trip, that being transportation, food spots and others, as well as how to use the appliances. The beds are also comfortable and there are 2 ACs which help with cooling/heating. Last but not least, the hosts are very kind, very nice, and they’re always one text away if you have any issues or questions For those with fear of heights, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a narrow-staired block, try not to look down

• Chloe (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - The property was in a fantastic location, close to Barcelona Sants train station and local metro lines. There was a lovely little square about a 5 minute walk away with some stunning places to eat and a great atmosphere. It was super easy for us to get around. The property itself has a wonderful vibe to it, relaxed but with character. The balcony made for a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast in the morning or drink a bottle of wine in the evening. Beds were comfy and good size, and it had two bathrooms which worked out well as I was travelling with my dad and it meant we both had our own space. The hosts were so lovely, and had prepared a handy house guide with tips for using all the appliances it is well kitted out with, as well as pointers for exploring the area. They were great for communication too 😊

• Wojciech (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable and located in a quiet neighbourhood away from most visited tourist locations. At the same time metro stop is located 3 minutes from the flat which makes getting to sightseeing easy when you want it. Very helpful hosts and easy entry to the building. Everything you need is within reach with cafes, bakery, groceries. Defienately a pleasant stay that met expectations and we didn't have to worry about anything. The flat was getting a little cold in the evenings but we visited in Jan so that's quite normal. Heating fans were also available in the apartment provided by the hosts so absolutely manageable.

• Zoë (9/5): Great stay in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Barcelona! - Very nice flat located in a safe and calm part of Barcelona. Well-connected to the center and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is decorated very nicely and has a big kitchen and balcony. The air conditioning also works very well when needed! The hosts are very nice too! The bed in the smaller room has quite a hard mattress - this is personal taste but we had some back pain when we woke . Maybe a mattress topper would help! The small bathroom near the kitchen does not close properly (only via a small metal hook that is difficult to close and still leaves the door a open a crack) - fine when you are traveling with just your family, but not ideal when you are e.g. traveling with friends
• Gargiulo (10/5): We loved staying in this beautiful Spanish apartment for our Barcelona holiday. - Communication with Emmanuelle via email was informative and quick. Unlocking the key box took a little jimmying but was not difficult. The four-floor walk-up is worth it because the apartment is spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony, two large bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and two large, new bathrooms. The windows, doors, and floors were beautiful and felt traditionally Spanish. Hosts were accommodating when we needed their help and left us toiletries and Cava (champagne). The hosts left a binder in the main living area with descriptions of suggested restaurants and cafes in the area, and we found it extremely helpful; all suggestions were excellent. We were very comfortable during our stay and were impressed with the two air conditioners that kept the main area and the smaller of the two bedrooms extremely cool. Toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, Wifi, and washing machine all worked well and usage directions were also in the binder. We enjoyed being able to quickly (3-5 minute walk) get to the Red line on the Metro, which took us to most major tourist spots. After a day of touring and walking, it was so nice to come back to this neighborhood and find a plethora of bars, restaurants, markets, and shops. The location is fairly quiet for being in a big city. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with the hosts, the apartment, and the location for our 5-night stay in Barcelona. We would love to stay here again one day!
