• Kulig (9/5): Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo polecam - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, apartament czysty i schludny, świetna lokalizacj. Bardzo polecam Wieczorami i w nocy troszkę zimno ale są kaloryfery, więc one robiły robotę.

• Zhecho (1/5): - Toilet was broken and the water was constantly running. We told the owner right away, however he only said he would check with his technician and stopped replying to us. You could hear the water in the toilet all night. We also forgot something in the property. We wrote to the owner and told him exactly where it is, however he only said he can't help us. Wouldn't recommend. Avoid if possible.
• Catherine (8/5): Convenient stay - Good size rooms, larger than typical, photos are accurate. Had everything we needed. Great location for termini, sites and good restaurants. Quiet apartment. Toilet and shower may be a bit small for some people. Lots of outlets, but some will short, recommend using the newer ones, not an issue, just something to be aware.

• Michelle (8/5): Great location and we had a great stay. - Was close to alot of the main sight seeing spots and great restaurants near by. We couldn’t access the washing machine in the back foyer this was a let down.

Also the fact that there are 2 bedrooms is great Lovely that they have a baby chair in the kitchen The host was always nice to answer our questions The walls need asap a painting and bathroom needs to be repaired, the water from toilet is noisy all the time For warm water you have to wait some minutes

However, there are a few small and inexpensive repairs that could make it even better. Overall, it was a great experience!

• Brent (6/5): Comfortable Beds - 2 bedroom, comfortable beds. Close to grocery store and easy walk to Hop on, Hop off bus. Small shower, few toiletries. Electronic entrance plus/minus. Need to take your phone charger for long days out. My phone battery almost ran out and had to quit using my phone to save battery to get back in. Learning process but otherwise worked well.

• Emma (7/5): Location, location, location - The location is exceptional for the price. Walking distance to the colosseum and lots of bars, restaurants and a supermarket virtually opposite. As it’s run by an agency there is very little contact but check in was smooth, no keys… all done through your phone. The kitchen is small with limited facilities, which opens up into the living room and is not so comfortable. The main bedroom was good with a good size bed but the second room had a very small bed, too small really for our teenagers to share comfortably. The shower was very cramped to use and the hot water intermittent. But for us the apartment was all about location, which was excellent so could overlook the ‘no frills’ especially for the price

Also the rest of the property was quite cold and even turning on the AC on hot it would only work in a room at the time.

Terrace was dirty, property was very tired, all four of us were disappointed We have never had so much trouble checking into a property I spent my time there trying to pay the taxes online to no avail- shouldn’t have to spend time paying/trying to pay taxes. I offered many times to leave the cash on the bench but the owner wanted me to keep trying online. The location is perfect, with easy access to a local PanLocal store right outside of the door and lots of gray restaurants beside. If you walk down the lovely street you can even see the colosseum - it’s that central! We would love the opportunity to come back in the future and would absolutely recommend this gem of an apartment. Great for elderly too as it is on ground floor that was perfect for my parents. Easy access into apartment with doors that are fully digital which ensured smooth and easy check-in. N/A

• Izaura (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment is excellent. We stayed with 5 people, including an elderly woman and everything was perfect. The rooms are great. The kitchen and living room too. Everything clean and well organized. It had everything we needed for a stay. The location of the apartment is unbelievable. So perfect. I really wanted to stay longer. When I return to Rome I would like to stay there again. Communication with the owner was also very smooth. Always very helpful and available. I loved. I loved everything.

• Elise (8/5): Great location, comfortable apartment. - Spacious main bedroom with comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, really great location. Access via an app instead of keys is quite cool. Washing machine was appreciated. Charging station was great. Bathroom is really small and has a step in it. The shower is tiny. A clothes airer would be great once you’ve washed clothes. There is no kettle so we had to boil water in a saucepan for cups of tea.

• Harry (9/5): Great apartment at the centre of Rome! - Great! Nice apartment with stable Wifi. The bedrooms are large with cozy beds and lotsss of hangers. There are more than enough kitchenwares, even with a dishwasher. The sofabed is also comfort. Location is great too, just 5-10 mins walking distance away from Metro station, Colosseum, and Trevi Fountain. There is a company for lugguage storage and airport transport just 3 mins aways from the apartment. Host is very nice and helpful with quick reponses to our questions. Check-in process is completely electronic and easy to access. Towels, shampoo, and shower gel are also provided. Not much except for the toilet. It is quite cramped especially for the toilet stool, which is definitely not enough space for adults. Check-in process and access to the apartment are totally electronic, which may be a problem for those without online data.
• Georgie (6/5): There are probably better places to stay in Monti - Location, large room with plenty of storage, comfortable mattress. - The rug in the living room was filthy - The bedding is synthetic and therefore very hot - The pillows are really bad quality - lumpy and uncomfortable. - Cheap/wobbly bedroom furniture - the hanging rails are only really accessible if you are very tall. We had to share one wardrobe as the other room's rail was unreachable. - The terrace is very overlooked, pretty much shared with another property and wasn't left in a clean state. - No natural light in the main room, but no lamps, just the main bright light, and no side/coffee tables to use whilst on the sofa. - Noisy upstairs neighbours throughout the day and evening.

As showed in pictures. - The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. - There are several good restaurants close to the apartment as well as a supermarket opposite (stays open until late). Near the apartment is Piazza della Madonna dei Monti which has restaurants and bars and on weekends is full of people which is very nice. - The host was very helpful, polite and always willing to assist us with everything. - Highly recommended.

• Juliana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, clean, with working AC, and within walking distance to the colosseum and Trevi fountain. There were several restaurants and shops also within walking distance. Access to the apartment was very convenient, and communication with the host was fantastic. There were toiletries, and even slippers for each one of us (5 family members). We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Rome.
• Rangga (8/5): Clean comfortable 2 bedroom apartment conveniently located close to the Metro and Colloseum. - Property was clean, in good condition, and comfortable. Close to the Cavour station and 15 minutes walk to Colloseum. Road to get to the property was all cobblestone so for us it was a bit challenging to bring a roller luggage. This will not be an issue if you use a backpack.

• Laura (9/5): Wonderful host, modern apartment in a central location - a very helpful host 😊 some lovely touches, such as provision of shower gel, slippers, etc and a nice clean apartment upon arrival. Great location Everything was great, but the only thing we missed was having a kettle for a cup of tea!
• Lawrence (7/5): Amazing location - The location was phenomenal. The street was charming and it was a very close walk to the Colosseum. The owners were very kind and responsive. As expected with an older building, the noise from other neighbors was quite loud. We could hear chairs moving and loud walking through the ceiling until almost 2am several nights. The street noise off the bedrooms was also quite loud.
