• Thijs (8/5): Heerlijk appartement, veel luxe maar niet praktisch ingericht. - Luxe en ruimte. Niet erg praktisch ingericht. Geen kasten, geen kapstok, te weinig keuken attributen om goed te kunnen koken. Omgeving van appartement niet top, vooral s,avonds zwervers en ongure types op straat.

• Elaine (6/5): The property has the potential to be a 10 star accommodation, but so many things have been overlooked it just isn’t. Wo - Location and cleanliness. Excellent laundry rack, iron and ironing board supplied. Lack of facilities. Just a small hanging rail in each bedroom, no shelves or drawers. No towel rails, no light in the dark utility room, no coffee table. Beds adequate, but rooms could accommodate large doubles. No blinds or curtains in the lounge, despite floor to ceiling windows. Also the advertised sofa bed was just a sofa long enough to accommodate someone to sleep on it. Curtains in bed rooms much too short, no full length mirrors. Garden light and over table light didn’t work and wasn’t fixed despite informing staff, nor was a missing wine glass replaced. The garden and terrace were overgrown and dirty. No table or chairs supplied outside. No oven gloves or oven proof dishes, just four baking trays. An extra tea towel would have been appreciated. There also needs to be an extra plug or double adaptor in the kitchen. The sign in the guest toilet asks that nothing but toilet paper be flushed, but no bin supplied. The sink tops in the bedrooms were broken.
• Rachael (5/5): Great potential but lacking in basic home comforts. - Location for our needs. Very clean with Modern facilities. No Blinds/curtains on the elevated living space extra large patio doors/window that face straight on to the side street. It feels like you’re on a stage, so after dark you are in a lot up gold fish bowl. Had to sit in near darkness as quite unsettling…this is London. Cars and people seeing you use this space. The bedroom curtains about 50cm too short for doors so light & again lack of total privacy, as side fence with gate. Double beds were so small I fell out when turning over. Feet & legs hung off end. I’m 5.11” tall but not large. Felt like it has been cheaply furnished. Minimal crockery and only one sofa for four people. Lots of rules a beautifully presented in frames around as a reminder of what you weren’t allowed to do but little sense that they wanted guests to have a wonderful comfortable stay above all. No bins in 2/3 toilets/bathrooms.

• Sean (8/5): Great place, light and airy living space - Very clean and well presented. Good location. Needs drawers, bins and towel rails adding to bedrooms/bathrooms. Also oven gloves for the kitchen. Just small things really but would make sense having these things added.
