CHUA (2/5): Please ensure check-in process smoothly and customer friendly. Maintain fitting and fixture properly - Good location. Kitchen toilet heater did not work. Bar holding shower was dislodged. I was not given the unit number by Booking.com before hand. Guard refused my entry.Luckily, II met a helpful girl( guard said she i/c of cleaning, who managed to contact owner and got me the key/card. What a neglect by agent or owner ! My family and I spent easily an hour under the hot weather outside the block. Spoilt my day!
TEOH (1/5): Worst place to stay !!!! - XXX House is dirty - found hairs. Only key lock for the steel door. Wooden door is without a lock - jus a hook from inside. Basically wooden door is left open when we go out - no safety. Water heater not functioning, sink leaking..... Info sent on room details are inaccurate and when questioned, the reply was - that is an old message. I think u all can do better than that. We feel that we are being cheated. It might only be 1 night but the house is totally unacceptable- its ridiculously horrible

Dahlia (10/5): Recommended - We booked this property few hours before check-in time. Everything went smoothly from the moment we collect the keys until returning the keys. Instructions were so clear. It's located right next to a shopping mall which make it easier for us to grab anything we needed in the last minutes, i.e. foods, toiletries, etc. The property was so clean and comfortable to stay. There was nothing to complaint about this property. The parking is a bit tricky especially for those who drives big car.

Shahrul (7/5): Comfortable - A pretty cozy apartment unit with working lights, fans and air-condition units. Comfy beds/mattresses, pillows and blankets. Generally clean, although floor and cabinet a bit dusty due to the balcony renovation works prior to our arrival (we wipe them ourselves). Speedy wi-fi. Good location, just next to a decent mall and main road. Easy in and out road access. Courteous guards. Ample lifts. Nice swimming pool and gymnasium. Suitable for family stay. A sore start, unfortunately. The management company, Three Leaf, informing us two hours before our check in time that the balcony of our unit is under renovation and offered us 1-night temporary unit in the same building or wait until the renovation works completed later that day. We negotiated for the offered temporary unit to be our stay unit for next 3 nights but Three Leaf was unable to give in. As changing units in the midst of our 3-nights stay would be very inconvenience to us (or any traveler for that matter), we had no choice but to wait until our unit is available that day. Three Leaf compensated us by allowing 1-hour late check out at 12 noon, although we received a reminder at day four to check out at 11.00 am. We were asked to ignore such "system' reminder when we complained. We checked-out 11.10 am anyway. Parking large cars/MPVs in the dimmed light basement would be challenging with many narrow lanes in between wide pillars. On entering the unit, we had problem using the digital key which we were not familiar with. We finally managed to contact Three Leaf guy who guided us through. He later told us that the guide of how to open the door was provided to us earlier. We browsed through the guide provided again and again to check if we missed that out, but it was none at all, sir. Nice room photos in websites do not do any justice. Our unit 5-32 did not have water filtration system as photographed. Severe lack of spoons and forks. At the kitchen sink, only had a soiled sponge and body wash liquid, perhaps as a substitute for the dish detergent. Other than that, kitchen amenities and facilities are just basic. Nonetheless, for the value it gave, we may repeat our stay in here.

Zaleha (6/5): So far just ok - The apartment very near to IOI Mall Kulai. Just a walking distance. Check in & Check out very smooth and easy. The Host is contactable and helpful. Kitchen is perfect, they put microwave and electric stove, washing machine, water heater and water is filtered. So u can just boil the water. Parking is too narrow and not easy to enter especially for bigger car such as Alphard, 4WD, Kia Carnival and u need to park at B2. You need to make one round to the back of the mall/apartment to go to parking and it is very dark with no single light at the road side to parking. When we enter the house in the main room a bit of flood due to heavy rain. I try to find a mop but no where to be found. So I couldn't wipe the water and it is so uneasy. Host I suggest to put a mop in the house. Host only provide shower gel so please bring own shampoo. Host provide netflix but not easy to use. Always troubleshoot. Host provide password. Hope host can look into how to make it more easy and enjoyable.
