Bring your own towel if you are fussy with using a proper one as what is provided is a piece of flimsy non-absorbent one. Not too sure why a normal towel cannot be provided. Dirty washing machine. Apartment did not feel like is being clean properly. Although Host is responsive and helpful with rectifying situation. I will not book again as there are plenty of accommodation choices available.

- Bobo (3/5): Unpleasant stay! Water heater not working, Common toilet smell of sewerage. - Location is good Unit: B12-07 1. Common toilet smell like sewerage. Host said there is nothing they can do, asked to cover drain trap with plastic bag but it didnt help at all. The smell is so horrible, cant even use the toilet at all. 2. Both toilets shower water, be it standing shower or bathtub - not hot at all! We left the heater on for whole day, but the water is still lukewarm, worst of all it became colder and colder when left on. Complained to Host, again nothing they can do as they need to change the spare part which is "VERY HARD TO FIND". 3. Some pillows are moldy, and most pillows are lumpy.

- A. (1/5): Bad - Dont stay here. Made decision to do early check out the very next day, although i booked the apartment for 3 nights. The apartment has sewage smell. The toilet smells bad. Toilet bowl lid was broken. Not that near to South Key Mall. You have to drive about 15 minutes to reach the mall. Unfriendly guards. No free TV channels. The apartment is also not clean. The service provider just want your money. Better rent elsewhere and not here. The mattress and pillows are bad. They provide you with really thin bath towels.
- Low (8/5): Excellent - The unit was big, quite hassle free from checkin to out. The guards was well-versed and knew about Airbnb arrangement and was very kind and helpful. Some facilities eg the kids play pool was not working but the swimming pool was good

- Hsueh (8/5): Very good - Conveniently located near to Mid Valley South Key shopping mall. There's also coffee shop next to the guardhouse for meals. Easy to book Grab There's nothing that we don't like in general. Perhaps just the initial check in where the security guard was not so friendly when he was asking for documentation proof which I misheard him due to his strong accent.

- Cheng (7/5): Master room has 2x double bed; 2nd room has 1x double bed. A small space at the corner of the unit also has a double dec - Proximity to Malls and custom Master room aircon not cold. Good to have shower screen/ curtains to prevent water from wetting the floor after showering. Could be better to provide a dry cloth for drying up the utensils. Though my stay was only a night rest and did not use much of the utensils, but still, provision of a dry cloth is still needed. Also, kitchen towel to be provided will be good.

The liaison person provided us with air fresheners due to the strong smell, replace the broken Ironing board and added one more drying rack for us. Upon arrival, I was met with a strong cigarette smell that was overpowering and uncomfortable, especially since I have small children and an infant. Additionally, the bedsheets were not clean and felt itchy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We also had issues with mosquitoes at night, which added to the discomfort. And there’s no hooked on the bidet. It kept falling to the fall
- Angela (10/5): Excellent place to stay - A WhatsApp contact chatgroup was created so that we could communicate immediately. Very responsive to queries. Instructions were clear. Sufficient supplies of towels, shampoo, body wash, trash bags, toilet papers. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. Swimming pool was clean. There's an eatery next to the apartment. though the food were average, it's convenient to settle our breakfast. Nothing. All good.

Nowhere to hang clothes but the owner delivered very promptly a drying rack when requested. Towels were smelly. Sewerage smell in toilet was unbearable.

- Shameema (3/5): Poor - Near to south valley mall Room one had very bad sewage smell coming from the toilet at night. Couldn't sleep with that smell. Common toilet had water issues where the water didn't get drained properly. We had to keep using the brush to push away the water. Pillows were all not good and not comfortable for sleeping. House is quite dusty. Overall the house need more maintenance.

- Noemi (9/5): Decent. Will surely recommend this place. Nice infinity pool. - The location is close to malls and other amenities. The host is easy to communicate with, she replied right away. The first room stinks like mold from the toilet, so we just open the door when we sleep. The first night we slept in the living room.
