Guest Reviews
- Alejandro (1/5): Bad - So when I first get to the property towers are all over the place, all over the toilet, the toilet was smelling like hell. Told the guy to not worry about that we are tired and just want to rest as the cleaner wasn’t going to make it no more, next day calls me saying don’t book again with me 😂😂😂🤣🤣 if you want to feel like what it is to stay in the trenches go ahead and book this one here.
- Rezmuves (1/5): Bad - Nothing very rude neighbours I was with my child and I shoul leave property with 2 days before checkout because neighbours banging my door all the time the bathroom has very bad I can’t shower my child is lot bacteria
- Cann (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (5/5): passable for the price - location as expected, disappointed with cleanliness and general upkeep of the property cleanliness upkeep
- Lu (7/5): good value but spent a lot on taxis due to long distance from tube - good value Location was 20 mins walk from any tube station
- Lisa (5/5): Acceptable for a short stay I guess - Great bus connection Fridge was not cleaned out
No extra blankets for sofa bed
Sofa bed broken
Mirror on closet broken
Overall not very clean
Heater in living room broken (offered portable heater but never brought us the portable heater
Only one towel per person (no hand towels)
- Cherie (8/5): Lovely location with adequate facilities for a solo traveller - Conveniently located (except to/from Heathrow Airport) with a bus stop right outside the property; facilities were enough for cooking meals and doing laundry; supermarkets (Lidl-nearest, Tesco, Asda-farthest) were within walking distance so is to Bermondsey Street/London Bridge Station Soundproofing isn’t that great so you’ll hear floors creaking from upstairs or talking voices outside – you do get used to it though
- Valerie (8/5): NICE BRIGHT APARTMENT. - CLean premises.Comfortable and bright.
QUIET neighbourhood not far to walk to nearest transport.Very good
- Sylwia (8/5): Very good - Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was good. The bus stop is close to the property - very good connection to and from the city centre. Responsive owner.
- Susan (4/5): Disappointing - It was near bus stops and convient to getting downtown. We wanted to cook and use the frying pan but it was digesting;ly burnt and old. You had coffee for us but no machine to make it. 2 shower towels nor three but we found third in closet all wrapped up and not sure it was clean. No wash clothes and no drying towels for dishes and paper roll dispenser in kitchen was empty. No one answered me or emailed back when I asked about washing machine detergent and what to use or buy. Just very frustrating as this place could be stocked better.
- Gede (10/5): Very satisfying property. - Bus stop to and from the centre of London is SUPER close to this property. Something we DO like. Terrific setup and nearly complete facilities/utensils. One of the heaters in the living/TV room doesn’t seem to work, but all the other heaters (Toilet/bathroom, bedroom, and near the entrence) do.
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and clean
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Mk991 (6/5): Pleasant - It was good overall. There was a strange smell probably due to humidity. Otherwise it was a good accomodation.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location Clean ❤️
- Aderonke (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandra (7/5): Good -
- Prottoy (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious and the location was good (given price). Instructions for connecting to wifi didn't work, heaters weren't working (in November), and host was unresponsive regarding both.
- Katrina (7/5): Good - Comfortable bed Flat was cold - no heating came on except for the hot bathroom.
