• Beata (7/5): - The location and access to the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The A/C was limited to the lounge so the bedrooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable for sleep. The toilet needs to be fixed as the toggle to flush is broken.

• Matthew (5/5): Great location, overall "OK" stay in Quebec City for the price paid. - The location was very good - close to the major attractions, Carnaval de Quebec, Frontenac, etc. Apartment was dated in many ways (furniture, accessories, etc) beyond the "Old Quebec" charm we expected. In addition there were some maintenance shortfalls such as the shower drain not working - causing water to back up during our showers. The bathroom sink began backing up as well during our stay. To be clear, we did not contact the host to complain, but these are things that we experienced during our stay and should be noted in the review. No fault of the host, but the building definitely smelled of marajuana almost 24/7 to the point where my children 6yr and 3yr were asking what they were smelling. Finally, as a personal preference, it seemed odd to us that the owner's personal belongings were in the closets, etc. rather than in a locked owner's locker.
• Susan (10/5): Really made our stay the best it could be. - Location was wonderful. Area was very charming and close to all of Old Quebec. Property was very clean. Felt very spacious. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Felt very safe. Key was a little hard to work in the door.

• William (10/5): This is a great condo…we had an excellent stay. - Location of this condo is excellent as it it in the heart of the old city of Quebec. The condo is spacious , comfortable and very well appointed. The host Raphael was responsive to questions asked before our arrival and followed up to make certain we had arrived safely without issues. Because of arrival of cruise ships and heavy construction in the area it was a little tricky to find and secure parking. Once that was handled, it was easy to locate the property.
• Moira (9/5): - Host was kind and helpful. Location was wonderful. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything was as advertised. The smell of air freshener and scented laundry detergent was overpowering. If you have scent allergies, you'll have to take a pass on this place. The light in the living room and dining room was quite dim, making it really hard to read and do office work in the evening and early morning.
