• Chloé (10/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare termini et du métro, entouré de restaurants, proche à pieds de lieux à visiter.  Dès l'arrivée, l'hôte a donné des recommandations sur des endroits sympathiques à proximité pour manger, visiter ou faire ses courses. Il s'est montré réactif aux questions durant le séjour. La chambre simple et sa salle de bain étaient conformes aux photos et propres.

• Karol (10/5): - Apartament bardzo zadbany. Pokoje czyste z własną łazienką,co jest dużym plusem. We wspólnej kuchni znajdowało się wszystko to co jest potrzebne - lodówka, mikrofala, kuchenka , wyposażenie kuchenne ( kubki, sztuce itd ). Dodatkowo była również pralka jak i deska do prasowania z żelazkiem. W bliskiej odległości znajduje się metro ( dosłownie parę metrów) , oraz główny dworzec Roma Termini ( ok 10 min pieszo ). Do wszystkich zabytków jest bardzo blisko . Właściciel bardzo przemiły i pomocny. Odpisuje bardzo sprawnie , doradzi jeśli ma się jakieś pytania. Polecam z całego serca 😊

• Doug (10/5): - Everything about this stay was perfect. The booking, the communication, the check-in, the location and the room itself...flawless! One leg of my train from Verona to Rome was cancelled which pushed my arrival time back almost 3 hours. Piercarlo was very understading and very accomodating regarding the late hours of my check-in. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from Roma Termini station and easy to find. He also sent recommendations on restaurants and supermarkets.

• Mimina (9/5): Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber in toller Lage! - Die Unterkunft befindet sich an einem der größten Platze Roms mit schönen kleinem Park. Schräg gegenüber gibt es ein schönes Brunch-Restaurant ("Variabile"), wo man frühstücken, aber auch zu Mittag- oder zu Abend essen kann. Es gibt aber fußläufig auch Restaurants, Pasticcerie und sonstige Geschäfte oder Apotheken. Besonders praktisch fand ich die unmittelbare Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station (Metro), die sehr eng getaktet fährt. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft mit einer schönen Gemeinschaftsküche ausgestattet, in der es alles Notwendige gibt, um sich auch selbst versorgen zu können. Das Bad im EZ ist eigentlich ein Gäste-WC mit Dusche. Das Waschbecken ist daher entsprechend klein und ein Bidet, das in Italien selbstverständlich ist, fehlt hier auch. Immerhin gibt es aber eine WC-Handbrause. :-)

I really appreciated his kindness However, the facilities were somewhat limited, which might be something to consider for longer stays.

• Laura (10/5): Todo genial - El apartamento estuvo genial, camas y habitaciones muy comodas. Cerca de metro y trenes. Habia geles de baño, botellas de aguay papel higienico, de agradecer. El anfitrion muy buena gente. Repetiremos!!!! No habia tostadora ni horno pero eso ya lo ponia en la descripcion.

• Ivan (10/5): Vše OK, krásný čistý velký pokoj, společná kuchyně, prakticky všechny památky dostupné pěšky. - Ubytování je přímo u vstupu do metra A (max 200m), Colosseum přes park opravdu kousek (cca 1 km). Krásně vybavený velký pokoj s možností přistýlky, vše nové a čisté, velká koupelna. Absolutní spokojenost. Pokoj je v 1. patře po úzkém schodišti, výtah tam nezastavuje. Pro nás to nebyl problém.

In condivisione una piccola cucina attrezzata di tutto punto con stoviglie e pentolame. A disposizione degli utenti caffè, caffè solubile, tisane, pasta, olio aceto, zucchero e molto altro. Host molto disponibile e cordiale. Nulla. Senza esagerare, è davvero impossibile trovare anche un piccolo difetto.

• Gulchekhra Tilyaeva (9/5): The apartment is nice, in an ideal location, just 5 minutes walk from Florence Duomo. - Ideal location, just a few minutes' walk (6-7 minutes) from the Florence Duomo. A small shop is on the next street, and a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Everything was fine: the apartment was clean, the linens and towels were clean and smelled fresh. The hostess was very friendly.

• Isabel (10/5): Maravillosa ubicación. - El anfitrión es muy amable, nos aconsejó transporte, restaurantes...la ubicación muy buena con boca de metro a 100 mts y buses justo al lado. Todo muy cercano para ir a pie. La habitación con toda comodidad de accesorios y muy silenciosa. La cocina muy bien equipada. Sin duda repetiremos. Quizás había pequeños detalles rotos como la mayorquina al cerrarla, el picaporte de la puerta de entrada y el cierre del armario. Y una silla para el escritorio también hubiera estado bien.
• ShadowYip (10/5): Great location, pleasant stay - Great location of the stay, close to colossum, we could also walk to Spanish steps in 30mins. 3mins walk to the metro station to Vatican, so convenient. The room is big enough for our 2 luggage, its clean and comfortable. The kitchen and washing machine are share with other rooms, its all good that we can use as we needed during the stay. The food recommendations from the owner were great, we wet to the bar for breakfast 3 times! I didn't read the description clearly, that we have to go upstairs to reach the apartment, luckily its the first floor and Piercarlo is very nice to help bringing the luggage up. All good

The air condition also worked great. The area was nice during a day but not so 'safe' during the evening and night. Many homeless people around.

Also, host is super nice and he gave us a list of recommended restaurants. That was helpful! Metro station is very close. Beautiful park right next to thw building. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Everything you need is there. Would def recommend. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Teresa (10/5): Well-thought-out Service - We were welcomed by Marcelo, who was jovial and helpful. The place was clean, tidy, and organised (the shared kitchenette was well-stocked). My sister and I felt safe because it was in a secure location. It was also convenient as it was near the metro and a walking distance to Roma Termini, mini grocery stores, laundromat, and various restaurants of different cuisines. The host responded in a timely manner when we had inquiries. Overall, we experienced the comfort of a well-thought-out service. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

WiFi connection was also great. The apartment is located close to the Rome Termini station and the Colosseum. The neighborhood seemed quite safe. Really recommend!

Our room, bed covers, towels smelled so fresh and clean. Room space was perfect with enough storage space. It has big drawers in addition to the wardrobe. The bathroom is big enough and we enjoyed our shower. Mattress is so comfortable and it is quiet all the time. We had good deep sleep during our 6 nights there. The kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed. Fresh ingridients to prepare coffee or cook a meal are all available. It felt like home! The washing machine, microwave, iron are all in perfect condition. The apartment is also in a walking distance from the colosseum and other beautful locations, and it is next to a metro station and the termini where you can get coaches to the airport. It is all there! We loved it and we would stay there again! Nothing

• Rita (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - The apartment was great and well-located, in a nice and generally peaceful area, near metro stations, bus stops, grocery shops, with several restaurants, bars, pastry shops and cafés nearby as well, a nice park right in front, and a short walk away from the Termini station. It had excellent conditions, all the necessary commodities and the room was super comfortable. Our host was always nice, welcoming and available to help, which even improved the experience further. Hosts went above and beyond, the room was tidy and the kitchen and laundry were easy to use. The bed did break on my first night there - fortunately the host was kind enough to fix for no charge.
